This 2-bedroom townhouse offers the perfect home base for families, couples, or friends seeking comfort and convenience. One bedroom features a king bed, and the other has a double/twin bunk bed, providing ample space for everyone in your group.

The location can’t be beat—just a 10-minute walk to town and steps away from the Madaket bike path, this property is ideally situated for exploring Nantucket’s charming streets, dining, and shopping.

The house is equipped with all the beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower or unwind on the private backyard patio, which is perfect for a dinner party or casual barbecue night.

Whether you’re here to explore Nantucket’s vibrant town, hit the beach, or enjoy the island's scenic beauty, this home has it all.

Summer 2025 bookings are Saturday-Saturday, one week minimum, 7-night increments.

What a fabulous place to stay!!! Chelsea is a fabulous host….so many sweet touches that mean so much. The layout is perfect…everyone has their own space! Such a beautiful and easy walk to town. Would definitely stay again!

We had the best week at Chelsea’s property! Perfect location, so clean and updated. Chelsea was so responsive when needed and was a wonderful hostess! Can’t say enough good things!

Chelsea’s home was just as described. It was about a 15 minute walk from the ferry just as she said. A quiet location, and very clean. Quick access to the bike trail, and about a mile walk to steps beach, which was nice to do in the morning. I would definitely recommend Chelsea’s home for anyone visiting!

Wonderful property

This home is an absolute gem--pristine, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail feels carefully curated, creating a chic yet inviting atmosphere. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Conveniently located on the edge of town, getting around was a breeze. The host's thoughtful touches made my stay truly memorable. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had the sweetest and most memorable stay at this chic yet cozy home. We only wish we stayed longer, as we were packing up, we already decided we will be back next year! Okay, the LOCATION is incredible. It's walkable to town with quick access to all the amazing shops & restaurants and bikeable to the beach - it felt like we had the best of Nantucket at our fingertips - we didn't have a car and didn't need one! In the morning, we walked to town for a mini food tour sampling coffee shops and bakeries (Handlebar won as our favorite). We then headed to the beach, followed by cooking dinner at home - the kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor space was great for some family time (and a pre-dinner glass of wine for me!). Lastly, the house was pristine, the bed SO comfortable and loved that our kids had their own space so us adults could still get some R&R. Thank you to the owner Chelsea for a fantastic stay, it felt like our own little home on ACK... we will be seeing you next year!

Amazing

This place was perfect for our needs. Well located and great area with tons around. The place was immaculate and spacious. 3 baths were key as was great kitchen and back area. Will stay again in a heartbeat.
