The newest addition to our luxurious Ackceptional properties family of cottages. Gorgeous new construction of the highest quality designed after the historic North Wharf boat basin cottages. Professionally decorated. King bedroom with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Plush Matouk custom bed linens and towels. Gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Wolf range and oven, Miele dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and pods, Sonos music system, expanded cable, Smart TV’s and WiFi. Beautifully tiled bathroom, oversized shower with perpetual hot water system. Full pull out custom sofa with plush mattress. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries, dish washer and laundry detergent included. 2-beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Outdoor gas grille and teak dining patio. Private privet, landscaping and fence surround the property.

Fabulous cottage ..especially for a couple. Walking distance to town along one of the prettiest stretches of streets in town. Has all amenities you need. Lovely outdoor seating area and grill. All you need for enjoying Nantucket!

Beautiful cottage in a great area of town and perfect for a couple whom wants plenty of room to spread out in living area. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed as well as tastefully decorated. Had a couple small issues which were dealt with very quickly.

Walking into a sunny, fresh cottage, with music playing was the perfect start to my get away. The location is priceless! Need a rest, a snack, or a quick change? The cottage is IN town. The bed is heaven, and the instant hot water is a luxury. Opening the windows every morning made me feel like I was in a movie. 27 years of trips to Nantucket, and this was my favorite stay.

The house is very attractive inside and out. It is comfortable, modern and full of windows. We did not give it 5 stars because it is starting to show a few signs of usage but it is still very clean. It's in a perfect location to walk to downtown, and has 2 public parks nearby. Perfect for 2 people....sleep sofa is good for children, or a younger adult. We had our small dog and there were no problems with anything related to a behaved pet being there. There is one parking spot by the side and front doors. The area is very quite and relaxing. Yard is pretty, private enough and is as picture shows. Overall a nice rental!

This house is very close to downtown. It is very clean and well stocked. The outside patio is very comfortable and relaxing. Theresa answered all my questions in a timely manner and is an excellent host. Loved our stay!!
