Best location in Ft Lauderdale!! Heated pool. Safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beaches and restaurants. Waterfront, pool, tiki hut, dock with ocean access, local shuttle.

This newly renovated modern home is walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants, stores, and synagogues.
The house has gorgeous views of the intercoastal and the waterfront pool. A free shuttle will even pick you up at the house!! Relax outside in the lounge area under the covered tiki hut. The home features a chef's kitchen and a separate kosher kitchen area, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms with smart TVs, 3 bathrooms, and an open floorplan with the kitchen and dining room facing the beautiful waterfront views. There is a boat dock on an 80-foot-deep canal with direct ocean access and no fixed bridges. Come park your boat! Fresh and clean home in a family-friendly, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Upscale safe neighborhood. Just a 15-minute walk to beautiful beaches and tons of amazing restaurants. The pool is $45.00 a day to heat. We need 24 hours notice. Must be paid for the entire duration of your stay.

Our adult family enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean with everything we needed plus many extras in the kitchen. House rules were in a binder at the house with check out instructions that were easy to follow.Thank you!

Great Location for us. Nice home. Quiet neighborhood. Places to eat, supermarket, liquor store nearby. Walkable. Paid in advance for heated pool. Would have been nice if someone had checked to make sure pool was heating before our arrival. We lost two days of pool time.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located private home. The home features a large boat dock with ocean access. Gorgeous views. We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee. For those with children, we offer a pack n' Play, Stroller and Car Seat for your use.
