Great location

Mark's place was perfect for our girls trip to the mountains. Easily walkable to town and it's many restaurants and bars as well as the shuttle bus stops.The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and the hot tub was greatly appreciated.

Boarding Trip

Great place to stay and can walk into Frisco for food and music. Good middle point if you’re on the Epic pass to hit Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone.

Home away from home

Our second time staying here and it feels like our home away from home. Excellent location and perfect fit for 3 couples with each having our own space and bathrooms. Kitchen is very nice size. Love the tuck under heated garage, especially for drying out our snow gear after a day on the slopes. Hot tub is added bonus! Already planning our next stay here!!

Amazing location!

This is a perfect VRBO for walkability to everything Frisco has to offer. Our family trip had some working while others skied and we all enjoyed coming together for meals, hot-tubbing and other family fun. Will definitely recommend!

Best snowboarding trip rental

It was an awesome property that was well equipped with everything you might need for a trip. We went snowboarding at copper and it was a 3 block walk to the bus stop. Food and breweries super close. Would 100% stay here again!

Girls weekend

We had an absolute blast for our girls weekend. This condo had everything we needed and more to make our very chilly -13 temperature trip enjoyable. We enjoyed the hot tub, how close they were located to Mainstreet, the amenities…we loved every minute and will definitely be back!

Great condo

Great condo! It is exactly how it looks in photos. I would stay here again. Property management was organized and responsive when we had an issue with finding the code to unlock the hot tub.

the house was spacious and well appointed. the fireplace and open kitchen were great. The only downsides were the road noise from summit ave and having to wait 24hrs to use the hot tub. Mark called on check in day to see if we would be ok w/ a drain and clean of the hot tub, which of course, if it was necessary, we wanted. This meant we weren't able to use it until the 2nd night. Communication was great. When we found a broken item in the kitchen, Mark replaced it next day. Beautiful place, close to skiing.thanks

Frisco vacation 2024

The condo had plenty of space for our family of five adults and the location was ideal, just a quick walk to Main Street shops and restaurants. We love visiting this area in the summer for the beautiful weather and scenery - a great place for walking, hiking, sightseeing, rafting.

Great quick getaway

We spent 2 nights in Frisco so we could tube and ski at Copper Mountain. The condo was exactly as mentioned but larger! Everything was there that was needed and was just a few blocks from town which was fantastic. We did not have heat for a bit and we had to reset the furnace and then all was good to go. We did contact after hours and we made a plan if heat did not return. Would go back to this unit!

We live and work in St. Louis, Missouri and we love to spend time in Colorado. We started visiting for the skiing, which we love, but the cycling and hiking in the summer is every bit as good. We picked Frisco because it is in the center of it all, but still has that small town feel.

We love Frisco's easy access, close enough to Highway 70 that you can get places quickly. We have any easy drive to six great ski locations. Fun shops and great places to eat are one block away on Main. We have a beautiful lake and mountains all around, to enjoy wether you admire their beauty or actively sail, hike, bike and ski.

We are so excited to be back open here in beautiful Summit County! As we mentioned before, we will be applying a price increase for housekeeping due to the extra measures and supplies we will be using to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We want to keep Summit County safely open for business and ensure that you and your guests feel safe and comfortable when entering your home. Please adjust your listings accordingly and mention the extra disinfecting measures PMI Summit Colorado is taking. After housekeeping has cleaned, our Inspectors will also be wiping down all high-touch areas with disinfectant and will be spraying an organic, non-residue-leaving disinfectant on comforters/duvets, pillows, couches and any other soft surfaces.
