Great Weekend Getaway

Came with a few buddies for the weekend to play golf nearby. House was great and was only a short walk from downtown with lots to do. Overall 10/10 experience.

Perfect Little House

This was the perfect little house to stay in during my weekend in Opelika. It was within a quick walk to downtown. The street is beautiful (I was there when everything was blooming). The house is a little quirky, charming, spotless and well appointed. The owner is super quick to respond to messages. I will stay here again.

Stayed two nights. Quaint cottage/historical home in great location. The bed in the middle of the house is the most comfortable! Figured that out on night two! Nice place to stay.

Weekend at Auburn/Opelika

We were in the area visiting family and had a wonderful time! The house is cozy, comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is close to everything. We walk to downtown, walked to Church on Sunday, sat on the small porch with our coffee and just thoroughly enjoyed out time in Opelika. We loved that it is very close to Auburn!! Thank you Diane for making your home available. We will be back!

Awesome little getaway

Spotless home. Everything you need. Diane was Johnny on the spot and quickly returned messages. The location was perfect. The neighborhood felt very safe and beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Charming and Convenient

My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 days as we moved out of a dorm and into an apartment for her. We enjoyed all the things about this house. The porch was an amazing spot for coffee in the morning, the bedrooms were large and welcoming, the living room was a great spot for watching movies. I hope to come back soon!

Cute, clean, and comfortable!

My husband and I loved staying in this old, but modernized, house! Super cool decor. Loved how close it was to the charming historic district of Opelika, and only 15 minutes to Auburn. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and charming. Would have liked to have not been so busy and explore more!

Graduation Stay

Great accommodations within walking distance of downtown. We were visiting for our Auburn PhDs' graduation ceremony, and the house was perfect for allowing family to stay together. The space is well appointed and decorated. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. The railroad is close enough to hear the whistles -- it didn't bother us, but pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The host was great at communicating with us, and everything was as advertised.
