Inside the casita the space has been well thought out to maximize storage & cooking in such a 400 sq ft space. Watch a movie on the flatscreen tv which can easily pivot to face either the couch area or the bed.

Kitchen includes 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven with air fryer, vegetable & rice cooker, medium sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker & blender plus an outdoor gas grill on the patio.

Bathroom has a space to hang some clothes plus additional dresser and couch storage in the main areas. Sofa can also turn into an additional bed if needed.

Directly out the backyard gate is Espee park which has a playground, walking paths, baseball fields & skate park. Its nice to sit in the casita patio area in the evenings and hear the cheers of the baseball games.

8min drive to downtown Chandler, 10 min to downtown Gilbert. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and everything you would need in the immediate area.
