Welcome! Comfortable home in a safe walkable neighborhood. You'll be close to everything when you stay at this Lakeside home. Within a mile of UofL, 6 miles to LU, 4 miles from Downtown & right next to Acorn Hill Lodge.
Completely renovated, fully stocked kitchen, private parking w/ digital door lock for secure & easy access.
Our bungalow on broadway has recently been renovated to provide an amazing place for you or your family for a quick trip or extended stay!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a mix of remote work and long weekend getaway. Chris was an amazing host with excellent communication leading up to and during our stay. We loved the digital visitors guide with great information on what to do and where to eat in the area. No detail was missed and we had a great time.

Amazing quiet, clean, comfortable home

This home away from home is a perfect place to stay! It has a well equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, a nice dining and living room area. Comfortable beds and is very clean! Owner was so kind and pleasant to talk to. Located in a quiet residential area. If you need a place to call home while visiting this is it!

Quaint Virginia Cottage

I loved this little house. The beds were great. Plenty of hot water even with four people. I would stay again for sure. There was just some dust on some of the bedroom furniture that the host assured me would be taken care of. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Also, this place is close to some really good restaurants.

Great stay at the bungalow

We had another great stay at the bungalow on Broadway even though we arrived and there was a power outage in the neighborhood! The host saw to it that we we had candles and flashlights! He was very attentive and communicative throughout our stay!

Off the Beaten Path

Home was older with upgrades to Kitchen and Bath. With only one bath sharing with 3 adults on a time schedule was a little challenging. We mostly slept, showered and left. It worked great for us. Chris stayed in contact with us.

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and convenient location for visiting our nephew at Liberty University. The beds were comfortable and the host responds quickly to all inquiries. I would definetly book again in the future.

Great stay

Fully stocked. Clean home great location in regards to Liberty. We got stuck in the snow storm and the parking is in the back. Couldn’t find one but a shovel would be a nice addition to the home

Beautiful floors!

Quiet, clean bungalow was just right for our needs. My husband and I have stayed in several rehabbed homes of this age. The floors in this one were amazing. We appreciate the blending of old and new as we found in this home. Such a treat to see the windows in the kitchen, they appeared to be the originals. Standing at the sink looking out and feeling the morning sunshine on my face was a highlight. There is a full kitchen but we did not use it this trip. Chris was proactive in communicating - giving us all the needed information in a convenient guidebook and following up with messages through VRBO. He responded quickly when I had a question. Two thumbs up for this home and Chris as property manager.

Perfect quiet getaway

The bungalow was exactly what we needed. It was perfect for a quiet girls weekend in a quiet neighborhood, but close to downtown and restaurants, etc. The bungalow was clean and well appointed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This was the perfect size home for my daughter and I to stay in as we were visiting colleges in the area. It had everything we needed and the host, Chris, was very quick to respond and helpful each time we communicated. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Lynchburg!

Perfect & just enough room!

This was the perfect location and neighbor! We went for walks in the evening and felt safe. The house was clean and not too big for two. The kitchen was well stocked. Chris was an excellent host. He communicated with me in a timely manner and even made a special accommodation. Thank you Chris!

Cute and quiet

We liked the home and the up to date decor. The neighborhood was quiet we felt safe. The host was very friendly and their communication was quick and easy to get in contact.

HI! I'm Chris. My wife, Maddy and I are Virginia residents, currently living in Richmond. We have two kids, a boy and a girl, that our worlds revolve around! We both went to Radford University and have family members (and friends) that went to Liberty, Longwood, Sweetbriar and Hampden Sydney. Needless to say, we love the area! I work as a project manager and in my free time, I love to be outdoors. My wife is a loan officer, loves the beach and a glass of wine! We look forward to making a connection with you and hopefully hosting you at one of our properties.
