* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This is a 3 level townhome - all bedrooms and full bathrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors, with the 3rd floor being a private primary suite.
* One dedicated parking spot is provided and there is ample additional parking in the lot and on the street.
* Easy access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This house is located on 94th street.
