Newly Constructed Luxury Villa! As soon as you step into Kyma Luxury Villa Townhomes you will experience a brand new home with exquisite, state-of-the-art features and stunning decor throughout. Kyma Luxury Villa #3 rents any 3 nights all season.
This magnificent town home is conveniently located at 104th Street in OC. Close to the beach and restaurants. This three bedroom, three full bath home features sleeping for your family of up to 10. The master bedroom features a king bed, bedroom 2 has a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (double plus 2 singles), bedroom 3 features a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. This home features a full kitchen, three full baths, washer and dryer, 2 assigned parking spots and WIFI.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
Non Smoking, Non Vaping No pets

Family Getaway

We had 10 family members. The Villa was beautiful and every bedroom had its own bathroom which is so convenient. There was common area to be able to sit and relax during non beach time. We will be back!!

Not clean!!!!

- floors extremely dirty when we arrived, called central reservations and asked if they could send someone to clean and they said they would but I did not hear from them and had to call back the next day and then they finally sent someone to clean - Room with bunk bed’s bathroom shower was not cleaned, still residue and rust stains in shower and hairs left, absolutely disgusting -couch cushions were stained and smelled bad, really unpleasant

This condo was very spacious and included all the amenities needed. It was very clean and modern. We will definitely stay here again!

The stay at Kyma Luxury Villa 3 was a great family - memory creating - experience.

The property is especially suitable for three generations. The grands and parent slept on Level 1 and the grandparents slept on Level 2. The common - living - space was socially enjoyable, the kitchen well stocked and the multiple balconies, televisions and bathrooms convenient and luxurious.

Luxury Living

All I can say is WOW. Who knew you could live in absolute luxury in Ocean City and not completely break the bank? Location is amazing and the villa was...just absolutely breath taking. High ceilings, multiple patios, large kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and comfy beds. Almost too good to be true! My only complaint was having to go to another location for check-in. It would have been nice to simply receive the code via the app. However, the ladies at Central Reservations were lovely. Overall, we had an amazing time and this rental is 10/10. We will be back!

Nice, quiet location…plenty of room for a family of 7.

4 night stay in villa 3unit. Nice location, 1 block to beach and 3 blocks to grocery store and our favorite restaurant. 2 floor unit w 2 small balconies…would highly recommend and plan on staying there again next year!

Wonderful Getaway with my young adult sons!

Kyma Luxury Villa #3 was beautifully furnished & decorated! It was a great location very close to the ocean & beach.. crosswalk was just out the front door which was fabulous.. very short walk across to the ocean! Three bedrooms worked out very well for me & my sons! Really enjoyed our stay & time there! Air conditioning works excellent, at times was even a little chilly. Parking was excellent, two reserved spots! A few disappointments of this rental.. there were flies in the unit when we arrived so we didn’t feel comfortable eating in much. On one rainy day when we mostly stayed in my son went around & terminated them so we could relax & get takeout.. it was more comfortable without them flying around us. There were fingerprints all on the cabinets & dishwasher was full with dishes & it had an odor when opened it. I left them in there as we didn’t cook or use any dishes. Didn’t plan on using coffee maker but there was no glass canister anyways. It could’ve been cleaned better.. a lot of dust on baseboards & doors. I went around with sanitizing wipes & felt better. Pictures of the unit didn’t totally match the unit we got but it was still beautiful decor. No curtains in living room so gets a bit bright at times & no screens as well. Bedrooms have really nice privacy shades that pull up & down. Shade in master bedroom wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t access the deck there.. called & told they were aware of that but not able to get it fixed yet. The refrigerator & freezer were very clean but smelled of bleach pretty strongly.. didn’t want to place the fresh foods in there that i brought but did smell better after a couple days. Would consider renting there again.

Nice location

Easy touchpad access directly across the highway to the beach. Nice place, well stocked. Good: bunk beds for the kids, close to the master bedroom. Upstairs to a guest room with patio access. Nice distribution of beds. It worked well for parents and kids on the lower level, grandparents on the upper. Bad: filthy floors, cheap flatware, cheap coffee cups, cheap furniture, much to early checkout and much too late checkin

Pleasant stay and nice accommodations

Very nice place. Liked the size of bedrooms and baths. Couldn’t hear the neighbors so it was a relatively quiet place to be except for a couple racing cars at night. Very enjoyable stay, plenty to do nearby without having to go to crowded boardwalk. Nice quick walk to the beach. Laundry machines were very nice. Minor complaints would be, no place to put shampoo or soap in the shower stalls. Pots and pans were limited and 1 fry pan still had large amount of food stuck to it. Make sure you bring blankets, if you prefer those to lightweight comforters, in addition to your towels and sheets. Also liked the two balconies and the hose at the front door to rinse off sand. Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay!!

Clean and great location

Had a great stay. One small issue when we walked in but was taken care of right away. Layout was perfect for six adults to have their own space when needed and room to be together as a group. Close proximity the beach. One nice touch was outdoor hose on front porch to hose off sand after returning home.

EXCELLENT VACATION

Check-in was quick and easy at Central Reservations. We stayed at the new property “Kyma Villas #3”. This place was beautifully designed with an upstairs downstairs, living room and full kitchen. It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults 2 teenagers and my 5 yr old grandson) very spacious clean villa. Be aware the outside lights for all outside seating areas come on at night and can’t be manually cut off but they do eventually turn off at midnight which can be a bit annoying if you have someone sleeping on the the sleep sofa not to mention they’re are no curtains but that was the only downside. This is definitely our new vacation home away from home.
