This peaceful and secluded property is just seven miles from the heart of historic downtown Blue Ridge, while a number of other attractions can be found close by including Bear Claw Vineyards & Winery, Old Toccoa Farm, and the Lilly Pad Village.

Stock up your refrigerator and prepare full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with an array of stainless steel appliances. Dine indoors at the adjacent table, or indulge in an alfresco experience in the screened porch or down on the ground-level patio. After meals, take a seat in the main living area, switch on the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite channels on the smart TV. A lower-level game room offers a second smart TV as well as a comfortable sofa bed, air hockey table, darts, and a selection of board games.

As the sun sets, meet up around the propane fire table on the deck or gather at the firepit to share stories, roast s’mores, and watch the stars come out overhead.

Additional features and amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a gas grill for summertime family cookouts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
