Under a canopy of stately oak trees, the coach house at back of Beach property on a quiet street. Great space for single or couple. 450’ square. Back yard space and bbq. 500 meter walk to boardwalk and lake. 150 meter walk to Queen Street. Many restaurants, coffee shops grocery within 5 minute walk.
Hot plate, toaster oven, microwave and fridge.

"The coach house far exceeded our expectations: bright, modern, clean, cozy, comfortable, and finished to a high spec., it is much more spacious than the photos seem to show. It's a perfect central Beaches location with transport, restaurants, groceries, laundry, and the beach all just steps away. Kind, friendly and considerate, our host Paul, was always available for any need, even anticipating a few in advance. Thank you Paul! The coach house is great value for money and a hidden gem. "This is a fantastic rental in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We use to live in Toronto, so knew the area well but had forgotten how truly charming it is. The coach house has everything you need, is beautifully decorated, and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a long day was the icing on the cake. Downtown Toronto is easily accessible by transit or car, but far enough away to enjoy the peace of a truly unique Toronto neighbourhood. You’re minutes walk from the lake and a ton of shops and restaurants along Queen Street. The rental was extremely clean, and had all the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. Paul was a great host, easy to communicate and easy to get hold of with any questions. Check in/out is extremely easy and smooth. Highly recommended!"

"Paul's place exceeded our expectations.

Upon check in, the indoor fire place was on, as well as ambient lighting, creating a very welcoming, warm and homy environment. Paul and his wife had left a hand written welcome note for us, as well as several welcome gifts (chocolates, selection of exclusive teas, coffee, hot chocolate and marshmallows).

The place was extremely well organized, beautifuly decorated, clean, and all amenities needed available.

Paul was extremely kind and helpful during the whole duration of our stay, and offered us flexible check out time. It was snowing the day we checked out, and Paul came early morning to clear the way for us to come out with ease.

We definitely recommend this 5-star place, and its 5-star host!"
