Remote oceanfront home on private beach

This classic colonial home offers dramatic sunrises, peaceful walks along a private beach and birdwatching. Listen to the waves and the wind without the sound of the rest of the world. It’s an escape from the crowds.
The layout features the main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a bonus apartment that also has its own kitchen and living room bedroom and bathroom. It’s ideal for couples that want to vacation together but still have privacy in the evening.

From the master bedroom you can see Libby lighthouse at night and out into the open ocean.

The beach is similar to the famous Jasper beach in that all of the rocks are polished by the ocean. The biggest difference is that our beach is private. There are two guest cottages that are rented separately on the property.

The house features a laundry room on the second floor, a wet room and a huge kitchen with custom cabinets.

If you are looking for a tourist style vacation this is not the place for you. But if you need to relax and escape from the stress of the busy world then this is ideal. The property is accessible by car two hours before until two hours after low tide. It’s like an island you can drive to. We always show you the route when you arrive. If you arrive while the tide is high we can transport you over in an amphibious vehicle and then you can pick up your car when the tide drops.

We don’t allow pets in the main house due to the original hardwood floors.

There are fire pits on the beach and Adirondack chairs. Sit back and watch the waves, soak in the tranquility and build memories that will last a lifetime.
