Newer rental property with private dock - Construction completed April 2023!

Expansive views of Core Sound with large decks to enjoy the salt air! Wake up to a beautiful sunrise from the master porch on the 3rd floor overlooking the water. Spend your days out on the dock fishing or crabbing and watching the pelicans and dolphins go by.

The main (2nd) floor features an inviting, open-concept living room, well-stocked kitchen, dining for 8 in the dining room and 4 at the kitchen counter; main floor master bedroom with adjoining bathroom; and expansive waterfront deck with rocking chairs, sun loungers and outdoor dining for 8. The fully stocked kitchen showcases white cabinetry, a complete appliance package—gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, wine chiller. Additionally we have all the comforts of home such as a 12+ cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, high chair, etc.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the top (3rd) floor, including the primary master bathroom with private waterfront deck, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with freestanding bathtub overlooking the water, tile stand up shower and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms (Full Bed and Double Twin Beds) with shared deck and a shared guest bathroom (with shower/tub) are also upstairs, along with separate office space and linen closet.

Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a half bath are located on the lower/ground level.

High-speed internet. 65” web-enabled smart TV in the living room and smart tvs in both master bedrooms. Connect any of the TVs to your favorite streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, YouTubeTV, etc. There are also games, puzzles, books and cards for your family and friends to enjoy should you want to stay in. There are two beach cruiser bikes, a kayak, corn hole, connect four and more.

Streetfacing exterior security camera located above the garage doors with view of driveway and street. The Core Banks can also be accessed by ferry from Atlantic. 0.5 mi to Drum Inlet Marina/boat launch, .7 mi to Morris Marina Ferry to Portsmouth Island, 13 mi to the Cedar Island Ferry for Ocracoke. Historic Beaufort is 30 miles away and Morehead City and Atlantic Beach are only 35 miles.

Spectacular Sunrises

One of the best homes we have stayed in. Every comfort was thought of. Soap in every bathroom, paper towels, toilet paper. Enough dishes and silverware and cups and glasses. The master bedroom opened to the ocean and we had spectacular sunrises every morning. Would recommend 1000% to anyone looking for a peaceful location to relax and unwind!

This house was amazing - very clean, well appointed, and the views are as great as the pictures depict them! We had a great time kayaking, paddle boarding, and just all around relaxing. I also want to point out that the hosts were extremely responsive to all of our questions.

Quiet solitude with a great view

Wonderful property. Clean,modern, comfortable. It takes a little planning, as there are few restaurants and stores nearby, but that's part of the charm. Great host. Great stay.

Solitude on the Sound

This is a wonderful getaway from everyday life with all the amenities to make it an awesome experience. Very quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of the water. Beautiful sun and moon rises over the water.

2023 July Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! This house has the most beautiful views from almost every window. It is very secluded and provides a lot of privacy. This was the perfect way for our family to get away from the everyday grind. The kids enjoyed paddle boarding.

Even better than the pictures!

Definitely the place for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Very quiet neighborhood. We have 2 boys (ages 15 and 17) who said this was their favorite family vacation so far. Fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking kept them busy. Plenty of room for group activities and for quiet time. Father-in-law asked we come back to this area again :)

Fun Week of Fishing & Relaxing

We had a fabulous week with our family of 5. The fishing off the new dock is amazing and my kids had a blast kayaking around the sound. We saw sea turtles, water snakes & tons of fish. There are 2 decks for a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail with beautiful views. The kitchen was really well stocked in the home was beautifully decorated with attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend this home to any family or group staying in the area.

Wonderful

If you are looking for peace and quite, this is the place to be. We had a very relaxing stay. The views were breath taking. We watched dolphins swim by multiple times and even saw a sea turtle one day. The home was very clean and everything you could need was provided at the home. The Miars were easy to reach with quick responses to our questions. There was a short power outage and they messaged to check on things and kept us in the loop of when we should expect the power to be back on. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home and the Reynolds as your host! Thank you for the wonderful stay and hospitality!

Just What the Doctor Ordered!

If you are looking for peace, tranquility, and an opportunity to self reflect and renew then this is the place for you. We planned a last minute trip to NC. This was our second trip to NC and our first time visiting Atlantic. Traveling was my husband, myself, and our 2 sons (23 & 18). The house is very clean and still has that new construction smell that I love. It is well appointed and has everything that you would need to have a good time! My boys caught stone crabs and puffer fish off the pier out back. We ALL slept like babies! Just FYI for anyone who has mobility issues or difficulty with stairs…there are a lot. However, I am currently in physical therapy for a knee issue and I had absolutely no issues. Like another review noted, the location of the house definitely requires planning. Your closest Walmart, pharmacy, and hospital are 50-60 minutes away. There are Dollar General’s closer that are stocked with products that we definitely don’t have in our local dollar stores in MD (produce and grocery items). The neighborhood is quiet and EVERYONE is very friendly! There is a food shack within walking distance from the house, White Point takeout, and they have awesome cheeseburgers and fresh seafood!! Going over to Cape Lookout for the day and/or to spend the night is a MUST! Go to the Cape Lookout Ferry Service and rent a side by side. Load it up with your goodies and go! We took our little grill, surf fishing poles, and had a great time! Thank you so much!

Beautiful property

Well maintained beautiful home with an amazing view. Definitely in a less commercialized area but plenty to keep us occupied at the house!! We really enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and catching crab! The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had.

The views!

My family and I wanted a place where we could relax and be together… This was perfect! We really enjoyed fishing and crabbing. Our favorite part was just being on the beautiful deck all the time. This is the perfect place if you want to be able to enjoy your time without even leaving.

Relaxing Getaway

This home is perfect for a relaxing and quiet getaway. The home has beautiful views, was cleaned and plenty of space for a family of 8. The host provided all of the necessary items for our stay. The only con we had was the closest grocery store is 40 minutes away but we were able to make 1 trip to get food for the whole week. I will definitely book this home again.
