Our lovely home offers 2 large porches, a picnic table, gas grill, fire ring and the amenities of a home conveniently located between Hocking Hills and Athens.
For all the ATV enthusiasts, a wraparound driveway with plenty of room for your trailers. This property offers quick and easy access to multiple trail heads, one of them being Monday Creek Trailhead on ATV friendly roads. Wayne National Forest offers hundreds of acres for a day of trail riding.
A short car ride to some of the BEST attractions Hocking Hills has to offer. Some of the Hocking Hills attractions include Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave, Rock House, Conkle's Hollow, or Rock Bridge located in Hocking Hills State Park, canoeing, kayaking, zip-ling & much more.

Very clean property and great bedrooms and kitchen. Only thing I would suggest is reminding people that they likely won’t have any phone connection on site until they get into home and sign onto WiFi which means they cannot open VRBO app to retrieve messages from host or access emails/app to get key code. Remind people they need to jot down the access code for key (or take screenshot of that info) before they get into town. Had to drive back up to 33 to get enough bars to view app and get key code, then drove back to house to get in Otherwise great place! Would come back!

Host was very nice. The beds were so comfy. That was the best sleep ive goten besides at home. This home was very nice and clean.

Kitchen was fully stocked to cook, lots of room. Could have used a couple extra blankets, but other than that this place is very well kept, comfortable and just adorable!!

The property was exceptionally clean, very well equipped with kitchen and bath accessories, updated features, comfortable furniture, felt like home. The owner was very accommodating with our arrival time. Definitely recommend!!!

Lovely little hime

The home was cleaned when we got there and the location was perfect for getting to the trail heads with our 4 wheelers. Great communication with the owners. Definitely recommend!

completely relaxing! we drove 5 hours for a wedding and the owners went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get an early check-in to get ready for wedding. cannot thank them enough! house was very nice, everything we needed, beds were comfy. the Hocking hills area around there is stunning!

Craft Show Weekend

We stayed at this property for a weekend while vending at the Hocking Hills Spring Craft Show. It was actually the perfect location. Easy to get to and just a short drive to the event location. The property was nice, clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We will be staying again anytime we need lodging in the Hocking Hills area.

Good for the price

Overall it met our needs. It was the best price in the area for Memorial Day weekend that allowed for each of us to have our own beds and rooms. And overall, it's a pretty quiet place to be.The main downside, which is no fault of the owner's, is that we had no cell phone signal whatsoever. We could not call or text anyone, so we could only communicate with our family in the area by Facebook Messenger. The signal for the TV in the living room kept going out, so we just used our phones to cast to it, which worked fine.Due to the poor signal coverage, I would recommend taking a screenshot of the lock box code AND WiFi access before you get there, as it can only be accessed by VRBO. I waited until we arrived to reopen the message, but VRBO would not load. So I had to drive down to a gas station in Nelsonville to get enough signal to get the message.As far as the house itself, most of it was as expected. The only complaints I would have is that the HVAC is very noisy, to the point where everyone has to talk louder just so we could hear each other. There was was very little toilet paper and hand soap stocked when we arrived, so we had to stop to buy more the next day. But our daughters enjoyed being there for the extended weekend, and everything else went pretty smoothly.

Great place to stay

Very cute house with everything we needed to have a great vacation. It was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and bathrooms looked like new and had plenty of room. The house has a porch to sit outside and relax. The property owner is very prompt and got back to us quickly with questions. The only thing we would have liked was a table in the living room to set stuff on. But we used the small end tables from the bedroom and that worked.

Carbon Hill

Very clean and recently renovated. The rental was comfortable and had plenty of space. The owner was very helpful. It is located within a reasonable driving distance to Hocking Hills. The town was a bit run-down, but the property was great.

Great stay in Carbon Hill

This property has three bedrooms and three comfortable beds. Every bedroom had a tv. Master has it's own separate bathroom. Unit was clean and décor was up to date. Would definitely recommend without hesitation. Lovely stay.

Nice clean property

This was a Nicky renovated, clean property that was perfect for what we used it for ..it isn’t large but it has what you need these are the three things I liked about it 1. It was clean 2. The kitchen was well stocked with almost all utensils and there were plenty of towels washcloths and rags available 3. its a perfect location for being next to the OHV trails locally which is what we used it for!! Good cheaper option!! I would stay here again
