Summary:

Enjoy this unique waterfront location with sunrises and sunsets year-round in this resort like set up with a private beach. Brand-new outdoor jacuzzi perfect for soaking in the views by day and stargazing by night.



The Space:

Guests will have access to the entire home, fenced backyard, private beach, and driveway parking.

*The 4th detached bedroom is available only for reservations of 8 guests. For bookings with fewer than 8 guests, this bedroom will remain locked and will not be rented separately.

*Jacuzzi is an optional add on.

*Laundry access is available upon request during your stay.

*Please note: The garage is not accessible to guests and will remain locked.

*We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

Private entrance with stair access, parking space for up to 4 cars, full fenced backyard & private beach.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled directly on the bay beach, this refined Hamptons escape offers immediate access to the serene shoreline and sweeping water views. Just footsteps away, guests can stroll to the iconic Ponquogue Beach, one of the most sought-after oceanfront spots in the area for sun-soaked afternoons and breathtaking sunsets.

Exceptional dining is just around the corner, with a curated selection of local favorites all within walking distance. When it's time to explore further, the heart of Hampton Bays is only a 5-minute drive away, offering boutique shopping, a 24-hour pharmacy, and a charming local movie theater.

Travelers arriving by train will appreciate the home’s proximity to the Hampton Bays Long Island Rail Road station - also just 5 minutes away - while Southampton Hospital is an easy 15-minute drive, offering peace of mind during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

- Pet fee $250 per pet, per stay. Max 1 pet. If you have more than 1 pet please let us know in advance.

- Jacuzzi usage fee $250 + $50/day (Jacuzzi fee includes extra towels and 4 cozy robes for your use during your stay.)

- Detached 4th bedroom access only for 8 guests reservations.

- Laundry located in the garage. Access code will be provided under request.

- We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

This is a simple house with a great view right on the water. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Despite being on the water, it has a nice yard and little beach area.

Beautiful home and views

Check in was easy; great communication prior to and during our stay; there was a concern of ice on the stairs from the day melt and owner responded immediately and remedied the situation; home felt safe; off-road fenced parking a plus; home is on the main road that crosses the bridge so there was road noise but we got used to it; the view on the bay was amazing; lots of bathrooms; bedroom spaces were great; the spaces off the main house were cute; restaurants and bars within close driving proximity; Instacarted some groceries with ease; would love to come back during the active season!

⸻The view was beautiful and the place was very clean. However, one of the sliding doors was broken—the lock had been removed and was sitting on the counter. Because of this, the door rattled loudly whenever there was wind. Since the house is right on the water and it happened to be a very windy weekend, the noise continued the entire time and made it difficult to sleep or relax.Additionally, the second sliding door did lock, but it was extremely hard to open and close. For the price we paid, even during the off-season, we expected fully functioning doors and a more peaceful stay. We shared our concerns with the host, but their only response was “Thanks for the information,” with no offer to address the issue or make things right.

Great stay, gorgeous view, careful low ceilings on 2nd floor

The stay was wonderful and so much fun for my family. The decoration is very modern and the view is unparallelled. All the rooms in the property had a view of the ocean and I never got tired of seeing it. But be careful in the bathrooms as the 2nd floor ceilings are low, so tall guests may need be careful of their heads. And be mindful when showering, the water leaks out a little so you have to pay attention. The host was very responsive whenever I had any questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Nice Getaway

Very nice house with a wonderful location. Apart from that though we were a little disappointed that not everything was available as pictured. The Cabana was missing seating and the grounds were basic. In the pictures it looks like a resort with palm trees! No palm trees but overall beautiful views and a nice stay.
