Great stay in convenient location!

The level of the house we were in was just the right size and had plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and very convenient for visiting family in NJ as well as getting into NYC.

Central to Anything!

Small, quaint space, on a very quiet dead end block in Montclair, place was gorgeous and just what was needed! The location was so central to wherever we needed to eat, shop or travel to with our guests! Absolutely exceptional spot!

Exceptional Stay!

My partner and traveled to NY for a home finding visit in preparation for relocating. Our stay at this property was exceptional! It was very nice and accommodating. The location was great as well. Would stay here again!

Cozy and lovely place

Great place and loved that the property manager was very attentive. If you are a light sleeper, the guests upstairs may bother you with the walking and moving of chairs. Overall a great experience.

Small and cozy

Sabrina’s apartment is small and cozy. The pictures are an accurate representation of the apartment. Sabrina was very responsive and check in was a breeze. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the apartment building was very noisy. This unit is on the ground floor of a 4 unit building and you can hear everything going on in the upstairs and next door units.

Great Time In Montclair

Newly renovated property with everything you need. Host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood with no parking issues. No binder of rules, check out requirements, etc. Only downside was being able to hear others in other units.

A charming apartment!

This is a lovely, roomy apartment on the first floor of a cute home in the South End of Montclair. It has everything you could want -- a complete and equipped kitchen, a comfy bedroom (with another that we didn't use), a lovely living room with a huge TV that gets every possible (!) station. And the owner, Ms. Durant, was available when we had questions. One parking space in the driveway but plenty of parking on this quiet street where this is located. Note that this is a duplex and the one issue we had was that in our first floor unit, we could hear all footsteps, conversations and a crying baby in the second floor unit; it was only disturbing in the middle of the night so pack your earplugs but other than that, I cannot recommend this VRBO more highly. :-)

Montclair Gem

I would highly recommend this property. Was traveling alone and felt safe in this quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It had everything I needed. Sabrina gave very detailed instructions and kindly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Could hear upstairs tenants a bit but didn’t bother me. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay.

Property was as advertised. Nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. Beds were comfy for sleeping. Would have loved a tv in the bedroom to watch before bed and a small fan for white noise because it’s a very quiet neighborhood, definitely not a requirement for staying there but something we would have utilized. Owner check on us the first night and was available for texting if something arose. We will definitely keep on our list of good places to stay when taking and picking up our student from Montclair State.
