Experience the Gulf breezes and partial views with this lovely home directly across from our world-famous Siesta Key Beach! Beautifully decorated, this second-floor unit is right outside of the Siesta Key Village, making it a breeze to walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and live entertainment the island has to offer. Relax on the sugary white sand or swim in the crystal-clear waters. Experience brilliant colors at sunset in this beautiful home that will have you coming back year after year!

The Location:
- Less than 300 feet to Beach Access #4
- 0.1 Miles to Siesta Key Village
- 2.6 Miles to Crescent Village
- 0.2 Miles to Pool Access
- Less than 400 Feet to local free trolley stop.
Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. No Garage Parking
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- This home is Dog Friendly. An additional charge of $39 Per Dog, Per Night will be applied. All other pets are not permitted. Please speak with a member of our team to confirm breed and weight restrictions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500 This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged for damages found to the unit.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Wonderful paradise

It is a gorgeous space with excellent amenities and a beautiful location - I could not ask for more! - the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a blast

Everything we hoped it would be and more!!

Very clean and roomy, just across the street from the beach, wonderful staff at check-in, and there were plenty of extras for us to enjoy ... beach chairs, wagon, cooler, donated toys from previous guests, etc. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!!!

Clean , spacious, close to the beach , managment amazing , they respond quickly and the house is so beautiful , if you bring pets bring a wide gate ,the stairs are not safe for puppies overall wonderful 5 stars

Perfect location. Our car didn’t leave the driveway our entire stay due to the beach access across the street and town being within walking distance. It was also so nice to have all the beach amenities that were provided for us. We used the chairs, towels and cooler every day. One thing we wished there was but didn’t see was somewhere to wash sand off outside (hose or something). Seemed like we tracked in a lot of sand. But maybe there was and we jus couldn’t find it. All in all, had a great stay.
