Peace, privacy and a prime location at this gorgeous resort townhome! Colony Villas 1404 is steps away from the main pool, fitness center and tennis courts. Reserved parking near the front door. This lovely two-bedroom villa is situated in the one of the best areas of the Colony Villas. A stone's throw away from the beach at A-Bay and the Waikoloa resorts best restaurants and shops. This villa boasts a 17-foot-high living room ceiling, a gourmet kitchen, two private patios, plush furnishings, brand-new carpeted bedrooms, a stand-alone tub in the master, and enough boogie boards and beach chairs for the entire family.
Colony Villas has two large pools, a hot tub and outdoor BBQ spaces for guests to enjoy. Both bedrooms are located upstairs on opposite sides of the home for added privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed, HDTV & en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, HDTV & en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs is a spacious living room with loft ceilings, a large HDTV and a twin sleeper ottoman. The townhome also has a full kitchen, dining room and a half bathroom downstairs.
