Waikoloa Colony Villas is a luxury gated community, located along the 10th fairway of the Beach Golf Course at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Clustered around a series of intimate courtyards, the Waikoloa Colony Villas are designed to enhance the convenience of condo style with the individuality and privacy of a home. This gated community features two swimming pools, a whirlpool spa, fitness center, a tennis court, and clubhouse with a party deck, kitchen and lounge.

Awesome condo and owner!

This was such a pleasant , lovely place to stay! Comfy, lean, great pool, pickle ball courts across the street! Great location for excursions. Would definitely recommend! Owner was very kind and easy to communicate with!

I never met the host in person. She was fine on the phone though and she called during the first day of our stay. The condo was as advertised, two bedroom two bath. While it had the necessities for a reasonable stay, beds, baths, kitchen; it was all a bit shabby and not particularly welcoming. For example, kitchen had plates, silverware, pots and pans they were all quite old and not very well taken care of. Bed was okay although the mattress was very soft…too soft really. The same was true for the rest of the condo.

This was our 5th time staying at the villas. We liked the location of the condo. Right behind the tennis courts and across the road from the pool. This was helpful having this close with kids. The property felt private and quiet. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sun listening to the birds each morning. I have made some suggestions to the owner as to what would be helpful for future guests. Despite a few things, we enjoyed our stay.

We don't often write reviews for the houses we stay in, but we felt we needed to prepare future renters for the current state of this particular property. While there are definitely highlights to staying here, the home itself fell short of our expectations.The HighlightsExcellent LocationThe community areas are fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the great pool and made frequent use of the well-equipped gym.The rental manager was very professional and quick to respond to our messages, which we appreciated.The Interior ExperienceUnfortunately, the home itself was quite disappointing. It feels significantly "lived in" and is in need of some deep maintenance and upgrades:General Condition: There are shabby and stained carpets throughout the entire home.Plumbing Issues: We dealt with constant drips from the bathtub, shower, and toilet during our stay.Kitchen Woes: The dishwasher was essentially unusable—it didn't clean the dishes and actually seemed to make them dirtier. Additionally, the icemaker is broken and there were no ice cube trays provided as a backup. We also found a notable lack of everyday cups and basic kitchenware.Comfort: The bedding and mattresses are very old and are definitely feeling their age, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.Summary: If you prioritize location and pool access above all else, you might enjoy your stay here. However, until the interior furnishings and appliances are updated, be prepared for a "fixer-upper" vibe inside
