Bay villa

Overall good value. Main issue I have is that uniit shown on photo when booking was not representative of unit. Photo showed ground floor open floor plan. Our unit was 22B4. 2cd floor with small balcony. No lounge chairs. Bedroom faced road/walkways, so couldn’t open shutters if want privacy. Window in small kitchen was sealed shut by salty waters I assume. Maintenance couldn’t open. Sliding door to balcony fell off it’s track often. Furniture overall dated- think Home Goods. Kitchen and bath renovation less then great quality . And salt and pepper shaker could have been nice to have. Also no beach chairs :(. But- nice views and good location! Spotted many whales.

With three distinct condominium properties, Kapalua Villa’s guests have their choice of locations within the Kapalua resort. Kapalua Bay Villas are closest to Oneloa and Kapalua Beaches, with one- and two-bedroom ocean view and ocean front villas available. The Ridge at Kapalua is perched high above the ocean with many one- and two-bedroom villas having magnificent ocean and Molokai views. Kapalua Golf Villas one- and two-bedroom condos are situated along Kapalua’s Bay Course fairway, where guests may watch golfers and may enjoy distant views of the ocean.

Located on the northwestern tip of Maui, the Kapalua Resort boasts three beautiful beaches and 36 holes of championship golf. The Kapalua Villas Maui exhibits the true meaning of ho’okipa (hospitality). Guests enjoy the convenience of spacious living areas, full kitchens, large lanai (patio), washer/dryer, A/C, complimentary court time and discounted equipment rental at the Kapalua Tennis Garden, preferred rates and access to Kapalua’s Bay course and the tournament Plantation course, golf academy, hiking trails, three beautiful white sand beaches, activity desk, complimentary internet and resort-wide shared shuttle service. Villas are appointed with island sensibility and flair. Renting a car is highly recommended.
