Great location and the condo was exactly as advertised including all of the photos. The view from the master bedroom was spectacular! The kitchen was well appointed and the downstairs was roomy. Hearing the waves crashing down at night was special. The ocean walk was literally right out the back of the condo which was a great way to head along the coast. Excellent communication with the management company.Highly recommend this unity.

Just a short drive to Honolua Bay Preservation for snorkeling and hiking, Whalers Village for shopping and dining and world famous Kaanapali Beach. The View Delivers — But the Condo Needs AttentionThe location is genuinely hard to beat — oceanfront at Kapalua Bay with views that are absolutely spectacular. Waking up to that scenery made it easy to forgive a lot.That said, privacy is a real consideration. A busy trail runs directly in front of the unit, meaning hikers have a clear sightline straight into the bedroom — something the listing doesn’t exactly advertise. The waterfront itself is rocky with no direct beach access, so don’t expect to step outside and plant your toes in the sand.The condo interior is also showing its age. Walls and baseboards are scuffed and dinged throughout and are well overdue for a fresh coat of paint. The living/kitchen area layout feels dated and cramped — a space that really needs a thoughtful redesign to match the premium price point and stunning setting it’s built around.If you’re here primarily for the view, you won’t be disappointed. But between the lack of privacy, no direct beach access, and an interior that hasn’t kept pace with the “luxury” billing, there’s meaningful room for improvement.

Our family loved this place. The location was fantastic along with the amenities. We didn't use the pool as we had an fabulous swimming beach nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property throughout!! Beautiful, clean, and offered some nice privacy, yet very convenient to the beaches and resorts in Kapalua. Listing was very accurate. Booking/communications were thorough and the property manager was very responsive.

great view!

we enjoyed our stay - the unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. the view from upstairs was fantastic. the location was perfect for our needs. close to the trail and an easy walk to snorkel. we were happy that beach towels and chairs were provided. check in/communication was good as was the wifi (we had no cell service, but wifi covered it). we would definitely stay here again.

Salt water therapy

Located on the cliffs of Kapalua Bay. Listening to the surf and smelling the salt air was great for the soul. Definitely book again!
