The house is located in Iowa while the patio, firepit and lake are located in Nebraska. Peaceful and relaxing after a busy day exploring all downtown Omaha/Council Bluffs has to offer. You won't find a more peaceful setting that provides everything you need at an amazing price.
Nearly everything has been remodeled and is new and waiting for you to enjoy. Upgrades include quartz countertop and backsplash in kitchen, new carpet throughout, and family room flooring on the lake level.
