Come and relax in our family-friendly home in San Jose! It's 1b1b suite with 1 small living room. Walkable to free basketball and tennis court, 5-10 minute drive to Great Mall, Costco, Ranch 99, and a 30 minute drive to Stanford University! This is the perfect place for family and friends to gather, make memories, and relax any time of year.
The space
This is an independent unit in a SFH with its own entry. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a cozy living room. You don't share any spaces with others but share walls with another 2 units which in the same house.

Laundry room in garage.

The living room has a couch which you can extend into a sleep sofa and small size fridge to store food and microwave to heat food.

The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, towels and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You will be able to self check-in with smart lock. We will send you check-in instructions along with key code in the morning of your arrival day .

My dog and I needed a place to stay over the weekend while my house was being shown. The listing said there was air-conditioning, but on check-in I did not find the unit to be cool at all, nor was there a control for temperature anywhere in the unit. On contacting the property manager, I was told the air-conditioning was not working and she forgot to update the listing. On an almost 90 weekend that really was not acceptable. We ended up checking out a day early because we could not handle the heat. Sadly, I was not refunded the third night. Did the unit provide Shelter? Yes. Was it in a neighborhood that was easy to walk the dog? Yes. Was it comfortable? Not particularly.
