Welcome to The Cardinal Cottage, a charming ground-floor condo with a finished basement, designed to offer a cozy and peaceful retreat for your next getaway.

The main level features an open-concept living and kitchen area, filled with natural light and perfect for both relaxation and casual entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the spacious living area is ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. A full bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor, along with the master bedroom, which offers a comfortable queen bed and a walk-in closet for your convenience. The in-unit laundry adds an extra touch of practicality. For added flexibility, the living area also includes a pull-out couch, providing additional sleeping space.

Downstairs, the finished basement offers extra living space, providing a quiet retreat to relax or unwind. The second bedroom, also with a queen bed, provides comfort for guests, and another full bathroom ensures privacy and convenience for everyone.

Step outside onto the  patio, where you can enjoy the serene surroundings of The Cardinal Cottage, making it the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

There are one parking space allocated for this condo in front of the building.

We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

The Cardinal Cottage has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
