Whether you're lounging in the main living area, cooking in the kitchen, or relaxing in one of the 3 bedrooms, coziness will follow you wherever you decide to settle in. The neutrality of the space warmly welcomes any tired traveler home after a day out on the town or river. The biggest highlight yet however, may just be its incredible location. Drivable to downtown Ottawa, where you’ll find an abundance of restaurants, shopping, and activities close by. You’ll be blown away by the convenience of this darling rental! License to Chill has a seven night minimum stay, sorry no exceptions.

Layout:
The first level is made up of a half bath, dining room table that seats eight, gourmet kitchen, living room with a stunning fireplace and the master bedroom with full en-suite. On the second level you will find a game room for the kids, a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom that has TWO twin over full bunk beds plus an additional twin bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom that hosts a tub/shower combo. The finished walk-out basement hosts a recreational room with wet bar, pool table, laundry room and full bathroom.

Parking:
This home has a limit of two vehicles in the driveway. Sorry, the garage is off limits.

Interaction with Guests:
We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorites

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.  Events, parties or gatherings in or around the home are forbidden. Tents are not allowed on property. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We love pets, however we have some limitations. License to Chill has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave fido unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking this rules.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible.
