Luxury Hilltop Retreat with Hot Tub and a View

This home has it all. Located up the hill from downtown La Mesa, there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Freeway access is incredibly easy, allowing you to get essentially anywhere in San Diego within 20 minutes. You’ll be in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is extremely safe, and the house is tucked down a private drive, allowing for privacy and plenty of parking. The main house opens up to panoramic views of the city below, and the folding patio door allows for a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. Enjoy our 4 person spa while taking in the view around you!

The entire house has been remodeled with high-end finishes and no expense spare. Enjoy the fully-stocked chef’s kitchen for cooking family meals while you spend quality time together in the open living space. The primary bedroom contains 2 queen beds and is attached to a beautiful full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Just down the hall are 3 secondary bedrooms all with queen beds and two additional beautifully finished full bathrooms, including a large soaking tub. Each bedroom has its own smart TV for maximum relaxation potential.

In the main living space, enjoy a large, open area for the whole group to gather together. Or challenge each other to a game on our high end 2-person arcade table with over 100 games to play. Fun for the whole family!

There is a second living space with a daybed that can accommodate 2, or this can be used as a dedicated work space.

On the backside of the home is a second unit with its own private entrance. Complete with a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, and washer and dryer, you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay in this wing of the house alone.

The VIEW!!! Don’t miss out!!

This property was nothing short of amazing!!! The view was unmatched. There was plenty of space too. We had 13 people come together for a retreat and it never felt crowded. Plenty of fridge & cabinet space. Cooking was easy to do in the kitchen. We served 9 meals there and it was a breeze. My favorite part was the apartment downstairs! As the host it was so nice to have some of my own space to recuperate for the day ahead. The listing was amazing. Also always had street parking in front since the driveway was a little funky. The only con was that the hot tub’s material was almost sandy so it did kind of hurt. Had to do a lot of repositioning. Everything else was amazing!

Hillside Retreat

My family and I were very pleased with this Hillside Retreat. The views alone were breathtaking. There was plenty of room for us all and would definitely return for another visit in the near future.

Better that advertised

Where do I even start.... This place is too amazing, Im at a loss for words. The views alone will take your breath away. There is plenty of space for my friends and I. The rooms were spacious and clean. And the HUGE common room with the patio, dining and kitchen with the aforementioned view made it the ideal place for my group to hangout and enjoy our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the location of the property brings a certain secluded feel to it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. And I comes without saying, I'm definitely coming back to rent again

More than 5 star property

If there is more than 5 star I will give this property, it’s big nice clean new , the beds were very comfortable, there were also apartment outside, and Amy quickly responded me, I asked her for some stuff and she brought new , If I came again to La Mesa definitely I will stay in this property.

Best place for bigger families

This house is perfect for big families with kids. We had kids age range 2 years old throughout 12 years old and they had the best time here. The house is clean with beautiful views. It’s fully equipped with much needed items to ensure the big families can enjoy the kitchen if needed. The beds are comfortable. The house is in a quiet and respectful neighborhood. We had no issues with any noise. We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house. Thank you Amy for hosting us! :)
