City view one of a kind brand new three- bedroom townhouse in the heart of the city. The house features three spacious bedroom, open floor layout, flat screen TV. two immaculate bathroom, a chef's kitchen with an huge island. Located right in the heart of Philadelphia. Steps away from Independence Hall, Art Museums, Barns Fountain, Liberty Bell, 6 mins away from Chinatown. Free parking on site.
The space
We have three bedrooms; one with a modern queen bed and en luxury suite bathroom, one queen bed with hallway bathroom, and one King bedroom owner suite with Neutral light bath room with personal essentials. We will provide clean sheets, blanket, also towel and sleeping bag if you needed for extra guest. Our max capacity for guests staying is 8 people and strictly enforced. We charge an additional $100 if the number of guests in the house exceeds 6 at any time.

All we ask is that this property is a non-smoking property. Therefore, No smoking is allowed inside the house.

Listing Needs Updating

We needed accommodation for 6 adults, close to the center of Philadelphia with parking. The townhouse provided ample space for 6 adults. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms a good size and a garage. However, we found a few issues with the listing of the "luxury" property: There was no city view from the unfurnished roof deck or anywhere from the townhouse. The entire complex is under construction and is a building site. Half of the complex seems to be complete, the other half in various stages of development. One entire side of the townhouse looks out on the incomplete site. The listing also said that the property is “steps away from Independence Hall, Liberty Bell,” etc. The property is actually 2.5 miles from the center of Philadelphia, which costs roughly $10 each way by Uber. The “chefs kitchen” needs to include many more things: e.g. enough plates and bowls for the number of guests and basics like a cutting board and can opener. The listing should state that the coffee maker is a Keurig. The bedding, pillows and duvets should be cotton, not synthetic. Washcloths should be provided. The wifi should be looked at, as even with one person accessing it, it was very slow and cut out from time to time. Boosters on each floor would help. And finally, the listing really should mention that the property comprises three big flights of stairs. We had a couple in their eighties in our party, and we would like to have known about the stairs.
