The Ipê House is a two bed, two bath and a loft cabin located in Roscoe, NY in the heart of the Catskills - two hours north of New York City.

We are minutes away from the shops and restaurants in Roscoe, Callicoon and Livingston Manner.

Oozing with serenity, this home is the perfect getaway for families seeking to unplug, spend quality time together and connect with nature.

The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a record player, board games, books, internet and a 100" projector screen.
