Our host Tony was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Spacious home worked well for our family stay. Bedrooms with sliding doors opening to patio were ideal for awakening to beautiful sunrises!

Very well equipped house, plenty of towels, utensils and cookware. Enough room to spread out, conveniently located for our purpose. Unable to enjoy the pool due to weather, had a great stay regardless.

Everything was just as stated. We enjoyed the properly. It was a great location an hour or less from everything we wanted to visit. Groceries and restaurants close by. The only thing that was a challenge was the TV set up.

Beat the heat!

Very nice property. Loved having multiple bath/showers. Very private large outdoor patio/pool/spa areas. Had great views and multiple places to relax take in the area.

Great place for family!!

Had a wonderful time-this house offers so much. Would definitely stay here again!! The owner, Tony, was very responsive and on top of everything. He was ver accommodating. We had a large group and all of us were so happy with this home. Thanks Tony!!

Wonderful Property, Just as Described

4 adults and one dog for 2 weeks (April/May). Had a great time. Lots of room inside and out. No need to bring any towels as the host, Tony, had each bathroom well stocked. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are large, each with an ensuite. Bathrooms are well stocked with soaps and shampoos et al. Backyard area by the pool is spacious. It faces north but the pool area gets sun all day. There is also a large shaded area by the pool as the sun is quite strong and it did get hot which made the pool very refreshing. There are two dining tables outside, one in the shade, the other in the sun. There are loungers, chairs and cushions everywhere. For those that BBQ, there is a propane and a charcoal BBQ. Tony provided charcoal briquettes and there was an extra propane tank. The front yard faces the koi pond. It was relaxing to sit by the pond in the evening. Great property for bird watching. Tony was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd recommend this property and host 100%.

Beautiful retreat in the city

The title of the property listing is 100% accurate. This is a beautiful spacious property and great value. The house was very well equiped with everything we needed. Great location, great views and great birdwatching.

Great stay!

Tony was very accommodating of our ever evolving plans. The house is really comfortable and had great amenities indoors and out. The location was super convenient. Would definitely come back, felt like home away from home.

Remote yet Close to town

My friends and I stayed here for 10 days. The place was perfect for our group. We spent some beautiful nights around the chimnea on the back private patio, nightly use of the hot tub was great. It was too cold to use the pool, but a few of the boys took a VERY quick dip...lol. The host Tony was very responsive to all inquiries. I highly recommend this place. I'm sure we will be back at some time in the future. Diane

Perfect for group of friends

Well equipped, clean and fun. Outdoor space was wonderful and utilized for the entire stay. Kitchen had all the basics, check in/out was easy. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Tony!

I have lived in Tucson since 1982. Originally from southern New Jersey.
I am a handy guy, so the home is very well kept up inside and outside.
I am very available if needed with a simple text or call.
My father owned a restaurant in NJ and as I tell visitors upon their arrival, "Not only is the house clean for you, it is sanitized"!
I want groups to have a great time and enjoy your stay!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Me and my parents bought this property in 1985 as it had such a great feel, land, pool, views and a Koi pond that attracts Humming birds, Hawks, Eagles and Heron!
The main house was completely remodeled and 900 sq ft was added in 2007.
The main house is the rental home, the guest house is mainly used for storage. The homeowner does stay in the guest house some nights, very rarely. There is a helpful "cheat sheet" to help with many of the features and instructions for pool, hot tub, switches, TV's, fans, etc. Close restaurants, food stores. As of 2015, there is a 40 inch HD "Smart" TV outside with viewing from just about all of the pool yard and Jacuzzi. As of May of 2019 three of the four bedrooms have HD "Smart" Tv's. There is plenty of parking at the top of the driveway and elsewhere on the property with plenty of good lighting. The property is very safe and has never had any issues in 37 years! The neighbors are all very friendly and Tony knows them all by first name! They are quite a distance as the home is on 1.5 acres! You will walk out front or out back and not be seen which will give you a very private feeling and I have been told this by guests many times. You will feel like you are in a HOME, not just a rental house!!

Very private yet close to downtown and University area. It has many of the original "Charming Burnt Adobe" walls, where they could be left during remodeling.
Everything is modern and tiled throughout! Views are great and the Koi pond attracts all types of wildlife particularly Humming birds and some hawks, eagles and Roadrunners! Hummingbird feeders in the front attract them year round!
