Perched high on a bluff with sweeping views of Lake Erie, this 4-bedroom lake house is a luxurious retreat designed for both relaxation and refined entertaining. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, offering an elevated living experience in one of the region’s most picturesque settings.

Upon entering, you are welcomed into the heart of the home—the kitchen. Modern appliances, abundant counter space, and thoughtful design make it a natural gathering point for family & friends. From there, the open living space flows effortlessly to the dining room & into the living room, where a grand harvest table invites memorable meals & floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly frame the lake beyond.

The living room offers generous seating & a large flat-screen TV, ideal for evenings spent together. Four elegantly appointed bedrooms provide comfort and style, including a main-floor bedroom designed for accessibility and convenience. Two full bathrooms, one also on the main level and featuring a luxurious soaker tub, ensure both practicality and indulgence for every guest.

Outdoors, the amenities are as impressive as the interiors. A saltwater pool glistens under the sun, while the 8-person hot tub offers a front-row seat to unforgettable lake vistas. Came to the property for a girls trip to celebrate my upcoming wedding. The property was beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. The House was well stocked with starters for kitchen/bathroom needs. They even provided pool towels which was super helpful. We visited some of the local wineries which was a nice bonus. Would definitly stay again!

The Best Bach Weekend!

We stayed here for 3 nights for my sisters bachelorette weekend and everything was amazing. The house was spacious, very clean and organized. Everything we needed to have an amazing weekend was right at our fingertips! The Dream Hospitality team made sure every part of this weekend was seamless! Kelly was very responsive anytime I had questions. If you’re looking for a get away, with amazing views, tons of stuff to do and great atmosphere please book your stay here! This is the 5th Dream Hospitality property I’ve stayed at and they don’t disappoint!

Stunning property that was perfect for our large family. This would also be an excellent place to relax and get away with friends! The hosts left us a lovely note and care-package of local goods for when we arrived! It was a really thoughtful touch!The heated pool was an amazing addition! The private beach was wonderful! The water was pretty rocky, but there is sand if you get past them! The property is close and open to the one neighbour, but somehow it still felt very private and secluded! Minutes away from anything and everything you could possibly need! Fresh food stands everywhere! One note (not a complaint) is that reasonably (assuming) due to location, the wifi/data is very spotty – I only mention this because if you have anything important you need to do (catch a work meeting, etc) that requires a strong internet connection, I recommend having a back up plan. Better yet – just leave that all behind and enjoy the absolute beauty of this property!I hope to be fortunate enough to come back here with the family and maybe a girls trip too! :) (I'm NEVER heading North again!)

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking Lake Erie. Owners met the requirement for a fence around the salt water pool by installing expensive glass panels that preserve the beautiful lake view. The kitchen is well equipped with upscale appliances. The whole house has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. The proximity to Kingsville's restaurants and wineries as well as an excellent gym are major pluses of this location.

Thanksgiving weekend

We wanted to spend the thanksgiving weekend in a different place and we all love to be close to the water. This house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, incredible views, all the amenities we needed. I would recommend it to everyone who loves the lakes and will definitely plan to come back in the warmer months

10/10 Vacation

We had the best time during our stay in Kingsville. The property was absolutely stunning. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need, the kids made full use of the pool and the views were breathtaking. Paul and Rui were extremely attentive hosts. We had a small issue with the grill and Rui dedicated his whole day to personally take care of it so we could enjoy a bbq that evening. The town itself is so quaint with so many local gems to enjoy. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay and can't wait to be back soon!

Beautiful Lake Erie View, Gorgeous Home

The house is absolutely gorgeous - from decor to design, and even comfy mattresses and bedding. I love that they kept some of the charm from the original house and incorporated it into the modern remodel. Our stay coincided with lake fly season unfortunately, but the owners had someone at the property to help us maneuver through it and ensure we got the best of our stay. The views of Lake Erie are perfect and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The nearby town of Kingsville was a great place for food and shopping. We tried the beach in Leamington but it had a lot of dead fish, trash, and smelled terrible.

Great stay

We had a great stay, everything was very clean, lots of supplies, property was even better in person. Lots of open space, 8 people would have no problem here. The pool and hottub were clean. The host responded quickly and check in process was very simple. The only con was there is not alot of privacy in the back yard. The cottage next door is very close. Other than that i would definitely recommend this property and we will stay again in the future. 5 stars all around 🙂

Perfect Vacation

Wow! What a fabulous house with every possible amenity you could ask for. From the moment you pull up to the front of the house, you are amazed at how beautiful just the outside is! When you walk into the house, you’re immediately mesmerized by the view and the decor. My husband and I and our four children spent the most glorious week. Anything we need it it was delivered to us immediately. Paul and Rui were incredibly attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful backyard oasis

My friends & I (3 couples) stayed at this lovely home in August. A beautiful set up w/ a lovely pool, deck & patio enhanced by a gorgeous lake view. Plenty of room for cooking & huge island to gather. That said, all of the kitchen items were not clean upon arrival; we had to inspect everything before using, including the pans (one of which had leftover bacon grease all over it). The 1st floor bath is huge & gorgeous, but it is on the 1st floor (where only 1 BR is located). The other 3 BRs (2 w/ beautiful lake views) share 1 small bathroom w/ a single sink, toilet & shower; manageable, but to be noted. We were pretty disappointed most windows for the 4 BRs are either painted shut/do not open, had no screen &/or would not prop open. Over our 4-day w/end with 70s days & 60s nights, we were forced to use the a/c at night & even then, the 2nd floor was stuffy/warm. Lastly, we would be remiss not to mention the huge spiders & their webs. They appeared everywhere on the patio. The cob webs needed to be cleaned off the sofa set/umbrella by us daily or they were unusable. The outdoor dining table had them all over-pergola, chairs, above & below the table-it was too much for us, so we didn't use this area after day 1. Same for the 2 loungers near end of pool, sadly. This should be looked into for some sort of fix as the patio is the absolute best part of this home. The owner is very kind, shipping items to us we mistakenly left behind. Gorgeous view!!

This house was awesome! Very well stocked and very clean. The outside patio and pool were perfect for spending time in the sun... and the chairs and umbrella down on the lakeshore were great for hanging out on the lake. The kitchen is nice and large enough to handle cooking for a bunch of people. The neighbors had a very friendly cat named Maui that spent most of the week on the patio with us! The house was very easy to get to... plenty of parking across the street. I highly recommend this one for a lake getaway!

We truly enjoyed this incredible, ever so perfect VRBO! It was everything we could have imagined, all kitchen appliances and gear allowed us to create amazing meals, that we never left the property to eat, because why miss a thing? The bedrooms, were ever so comfy, and vibes of the entire home were something you truly want to copy and bring back with you. The pool was ever so relaxing, with it's views, and spectacular night lights. It was a girls trip and could not have been better!!! We so look forward to coming back, because when you find perfection, why go anywhere else??? Sincerely, the Queenagers

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious home in Kingsville. It easily accommodated our group of nine, and even the pull-out couch was comfortable for sleeping.The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cookware, utensils and other essentials for preparing meals for a large group. We also appreciated the multiple gathering spaces, which made it easy to spend time together without feeling crowded.The pool was a great feature, even with temperatures only in the 70s. The private lake access is another highlight, with a nice seating area and chairs already provided.A couple of things future guests should know: the walk to the lake is very steep, with no real stairs or handrails, so it may be difficult for anyone with mobility concerns.There is also a friendly family of cats next door, so don't be surprised if one visits during your stay!We experienced a large hatch of mayflies during our first couple of days, but this is a normal seasonal event and they disappeared quickly.The home has two bathrooms, one on each floor. The downstairs bathroom is clean and nice, though it's on the opposite side of the house from the only downstairs bedroom.Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable home that worked perfectly for our group, and we would happily stay here again.
