Beautiful home! We were in town visiting family so we did not spend much time in residence, but it was very comfortable, clean and convenient! Will definitely look this host up in the future!

We were able to park on the street in front of the unit. The drive to River Street is more like seven to ten minutes but definitely not three minutes. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part. The upstairs shower/tub combo is high and the water drained slowly. While I showered, I stood in water. It was a bit unsettling for me. The window treatments were nice but didn’t block the sun since there were no blinds and the curtains were white.

Very Cute Townhouse

Loved the decorations and interior of the house, super cute. Had a lot of fun in Savannah, was there for my birthday. We did walk to the downtown river street area once or twice, but it is a bit of a walk from the house. We drove or Ubered most the time. Forsyth park is close, within walking distance, and so is a grocery store. You can hear some street noise, but that’s to be expected. Did not bother us, we would stay there again.

A very beautiful home away from home when leaving upstate, SC, due to the recent ice storm. My teenage daughter loved the restaurant across the street, and everything was conveniently close, including the grocery store. Would stay there again.

We purchased this home because of our love of Savannah and historic architecture. Mike is an architect and his wife Linda is a real estate agent. We work together to restore historic homes in Savannah in order to share their unique charm with others.

You will enjoy a property that is representative of Victorian architecture with the benefit of a fully renovated space. Public transportation and nearby restaurants make this property the ideal opportunity to live like a local.
