Enjoy this centrally-located historic home restored w/ modern conveniences. 1st FL includes sunny living room w/ comfortable seating and smart TV; full eat-in modern kitchen; mudroom and powder room. 2nd FL has two spacious bdrms each with full ensuite bathrooms. Short walk to LIRR, Shelter Island Ferry and Jitney stop, steps from vibrant Front and Main Street shops, restaurants and beach.
The space
Front Bedroom has a queen bed, Back Bedroom has two twin beds convertible into a seamless, comfortable king bed. Each bedroom has its own ensuite full bathroom with shower. Ideal space for two couples or family up to 4.
Guest access
This is a two family house. Guests will have exclusive access to the front house, which includes front door entrance, two stories and beautifully restored front porch with historic detail, great morning coffee spot! Guests will not share space with any others.
Other things to note
Plentiful free street parking with a private driveway for one guest car.
