From the moment we walked into our rental it was exceptional. Personalized note welcoming us, live plants through out the unit, that made it feel warm and cozy. The unit was so very clean, every aspect was exceptional. From the towels in the bathroom to the comfy pillows on the bed. We will be staying here again in the future!

Quiet, Clean property.

Owners communicated well and were very accommodating! Property is in a quiet neighborhood and very clean! Definitely recommend this property for one or two people to stay and we will book again when we return to Texas.

Beautiful guest house in great location

Guest house three is definitely the way to go for this property, it is a standalone building with a beautiful view of the pool and expensive property. These are some of the best hosts that I have encountered, they left a personalized greeting note along with cookies, several bottles of water and some snacks. They also thought of every single thing you could want.The place was close to all of the attractions in downtown Weatherford, yet in a peaceful neighborhood on a very large property, which made you feel like you were out in the country.Amenities were very nice and the pool was beautiful.

Another great stay in Weatherford

To grandparents staying for a week visiting family in Weatherford. Stayed in another of Ashley‘s units on a prior visit two years ago. Very very well appointed pool house unit. All of the amenities you would want. Gracious host, went way above and beyond.

Week in Weatherford

Walking to my beautiful cottage, I immediately felt the peace, calmness, and beauty that this property offers. While working in Weatherford this week, I couldn't describe the joy I felt at the end of each day as I walked to my cottage. The breeze atop the hill and the sound of birds surrounding the property added to the serene experience. The property was clean, safe, and Ashley was wonderful to communicate with throughout the process. I can't recommend this property enough.

Quiet Retreat

I was in scientific instrument sales for almost four decades before I retired. During my tenure in that position I stayed at hotels all over the world. Needless to say, I did not care to stay in a standard hotel room during our stay in Texas to attend my grandson’s wedding. That said, I am very pleased to say that our four days in Weatherford were anything but a ‘cookie-cutter’ hotel stay. All the amenities were well thought out by the property owner right down to the snacks, well stocked fridge and even a spare tube of toothpaste. My wife can be very critical of hotel stays and I couldn’t believe that she had nothing negative to say about the cottage. Also, it was quite! No neighboring rooms blasting the TV at 1:00 am and we didn’t even notice the other guests. Just the sound of cicada humming us to sleep. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

This was a perfect place to stay while in Weatherford. We loved mid-century modern and pool house decor. The amenities exceeded our expectations. And to be able to sit outside in this lovely setting after a busy day was greatly appreciated!

My name is Ashley and I've been married to my husband, Mark, for 17 years. We have 13 year old triplet boys and two sweet dogs. We love old houses and are excited to keep working on the Queen-Anne Victorian that sits near this spacious guesthouse.

This property sits on the Top of the Hill in beautiful Weatherford, TX. The main house is a Queen Anne Victorian that was built in 1897. The house sits on 5 acres and is home to deer, squirrels and foxes. The property is a tranquil spot to get away and relax. There's a cool pool and a large patio area for you to enjoy.

Downtown Weatherford is about one mile away and offers great shopping, antiquing and several restaurants.

The Weatherford historic district is within walking distance.

Our property is about a mile from downtown Weatherford and very close to the Historic District. Chandor Gardens is approximately 1/2 mile away. There are two cruiser bikes on the property you can use to explore.
