Welcome to our new stylish home in the heart of Lehi, Utah! This beautiful house is the perfect retreat for families and groups who want to experience all the best that Utah has to offer. Good for remote workers who need to stay connected.
Mountain view throughout, soaring ceilings, modern kitchen with white cabinets and modern light fixtures throughout and KING size bed in Master room. Our house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to 7 people.
Anytime Fitness, shopping and restaurants at Traverse Mountain and I-15 only a few short minutes away. Enjoy this brand new, gorgeous view end unit with high-end upgrades and a modern design.

This property was great for our family’s needs and a great location that was near our daughter’s family and my parent’s home. We were in town for our son’s wedding The house is closer to Saratoga Springs than downtown Lehi. The new Smith’s is right behind the house and super convenient for grocery shopping. The house is on the corner of the complex and right next to a VERY busy road and active road construction, so it was noisy, but it didn’t bother us too much since we were out and about for wedding preparations. IF YOU HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN, YOU’LL WANT TO WATCH THEM CLOSELY BECAUSE THERE IS NO FENCE KEEPING THEM AWAY FROM THE ROAD. The washer/dryer was very convenient and the house had all the needed necessities. The master bedroom and on-suite was very nice, as well as the basement bedroom space for our teenager. We felt very at home. We might book this again in the future.

The inside of this home is great, however the location is terrible. The house is in an HOA with super strict parking rules. If you park on the street, your car will be towed. The inside of the house is also very loud from all kinds of construction work located about 20 feet from the backyard. Timpanogos Highway borders the other side of the house and is about 20 feet from the property line - semis and cars are driving by at high speeds and it’s noisy. The neighboring mall construction tractors and jackhammers started early each day and even made my master bed shake. It’s hard to watch TV or do anything without noise interruptions. You definitely don’t want to go out on the back deck because if construction debris and dust blowing and the noise is crazy. I’m going to try to attach a video to give potential renters an idea of the situation. Another unpleasant thing was the dog potty station for the neighborhood HOA is literally in the front yard. Yuck! (There was no mention of any of this in the VRBO listing.)
