ABOUT THE PROPERTY:



Bedroom 1: King Bed - Bedroom 2: King Bed - Bedroom 3: King Bed - Downstairs: Quarter Single Bunk Beds, 2 toddler beds, 1 crib - Additional Sleeping: 2 sofa sleepers



Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge, toaster, and coffee maker with freshly brewed coffee options. The dining area can comfortably accommodate many guests.



Indoor Living: Flat-screen smart TV with free access to popular streaming apps.



Outdoor Living: Spacious deck with a patio set and places for seating. Gas fire pit. Fishing and swimming off the dock.



Parking for 5 vehicles.



General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels.

Location, location, location! This area is the best of both worlds at the Lake of the Ozarks. Located close to Hwy 54 you can be just about anywhere you want to go in about 20 minutes by car. On the water you are at the 3 corners and can go into quieter water or head to the action. Waterfront attractions nearby include Fish and Co., Larrys on the Lake, Pappa Chubby's, Captain Ron's, Pier 31 and as well as several options for boat rentals.



Getting Around:

Close to hwy 54 for easy access around the lake area.

Beautiful view of the lake but ver tough to traverse with cars. No way to pull a boat to the property and the picture of a boathouse could be misleading since it cannot be used for a boat. Great communication from the host and all messages had quick responses.

Could be great but wasn't

Beautiful views of the lake. Plenty of places to relax and enjoy the view. Properties was not very clean. Stove had food and grease on it. One bed had dirty sheets with hair and bugs on them. Issues with other people on the dock. Issues with parking. Repair men showed up twice while we were trying to enjoy the dock. No one communicated with us that they were even coming. Outside areas were not well maintained or clean.
