This studio apt is in a convenient location for workers and travelers. We are 3 min from Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and 2 min from Phoebe Memorial Hospital (Main Campus) . We are minutes away from Proctor and Gamble and the Marine Base. Located in the downtown area, this apartment is easily accessible to nearby restaurants/fast foods as well as major department stores. The apartment has a TV, WIFI accessible, full kitchen, queen sized bed. Looking forward to hosting you!

Neat and clean but a sketchy neighborhood

The apartment was clean and comfortable, but in a spotty neighborhood. On two of the nights I was there, I was awakened by loud or intoxicated passersby walking across the property. Also, the water, particularly in the bathroom, had a heavy sulphur-like odor.

Cute and Reasonable lodging

This unit is cute and cozy. The decor was nice. The bathroom was very clean and the bed linens were clean and crisp. Those are the two most important things for me. I can’t use a dirty bathroom or sleep on sheets that I think may not be fresh. The Wi-Fi worked fine. This is not a luxurious spot if that’s what you’re looking for. The neighborhood was an established older neighborhood with lots of trees and homes. The unit was close to the hospital, which was important to me as I was in town for a family medical situation and knew I wouldn’t be spending much time there. The parking was adequate but I couldn’t park in front of the unit as residents who live there were parked in that spot. The unit is on the end, which is well lit. The rest of the units didn’t have lighting, so parking in those spots didn’t provide as much of a safe feeling. Nothing adverse happened, I just didn’t feel as comfortable not being able to see my rented vehicle easily from the window (female traveling alone). The price was very reasonable and the host was accommodating. He responded promptly when I contacted him. Overall a good experience.
