House was well kept, decorated and furnished. Everything was as advertised and it was easy to find. Could be cleaner but it’s certainly not filthy or disgusting. Could be stocked more/better, but it’s functional. Host isn’t super communicative but he is friendly and personable, I had to call for check in info and never got a response to texts after check in. All in all it was a fine stay and I would stay again.

We booked this place when visiting Albany for a family reunion. Very nice and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It’s was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to shopping and dining.

Just right for our stay in Albany

Clean, spacious and comfortable with nice patio. Photos don’t do it justice. So much better than a hotel for our 4 day stay. I left a hair dryer for the next guest.

We received our check in code late after requesting an early check in twice, to which we received NO REPLY at all. The property is a duplex that doesn't look super inviting from the outside. Inside the property was pretty clean but the bathrooms needed some attention. The rugs were either dirty or just very old. The hallway bathroom had splattered product and hair stuck to the door and the overhead fan vent was very dusty and didn't work. However, the showers, vanities and toilets were clean. The bedrooms were nice, clean and comfortable, but again the carpet looked pretty old. The living area and dining room were also clean and comfortable. The kitchen was okay but dark. A little sugar and dry creamer in the cupboard for guests would be nice. They are cheap and have a long shelf life. Due to the lack of communication and late sending of the entry information I wouldn't stay here again.

Comfortable pleasant place.

It was great to have two bathrooms. We didn’t know to bring our own coffee. Good TV reception with Roku. We enjoyed visiting the Chehaw Park and Zoo.
