Room smelled like smoke, burned out light bulbs, bathroom door had been broken and very badly patched. Breakfast was non-existent on Saturday (cook was not there and the food area was a complete mess).

A semi-nice place

It is a good property. But there was some issues with cleanliness. The foyer to the place was riddled with bird droppings. There was a bird that was nesting right at a light fixture in the foyer. Also this could be easily reported by the cleaning crew that serviced the rooms daily. Also during the stay of the week of July 4th, they had the hot tub out of service for "Chemical Treatment". This is one of the amenities that attracted to booking the place.

Ok, but wouldn't recommend

They do a lot with what little they are working with. The property needs some love. The lobby was filthy. Breakfast was mediocre but I wasn't expecting much more. The usual pastries, sausage, powdered eggs. But no waffles and pancakes. There was syrup out. But no was going to be bothered with providing that. The real problem was the room condition and a long term guest staying there. The floors in both rooms were DIRTY. Tile and carpet. Gross. Both shower curtains had a mildew smell to them. It is an extended stay suite but the kitchen barely has anything in it. Not even a hand towel or other cloth for tidying up. There was the smallest roll of paper towels I have ever seen that were thinner than gift wrap tissue paper. A lady and male staying in the room directly beneath mine will not allow you to make any noise during daylight hours. They knocked on my door and constantly called the front desk. They were living there for a while and I guess she decided to become head of the pretend HOA. The washing machines smell like dogs and have dog hair in them. Not saying I don't like dogs. I love them. But maybe someone could tend to removing the hair from the washing machines periodically. I would not stay here again. Plenty of other options in the area worth trying other than this property. This is a extended stay hotel.
