What a great location, perfect for our group of 7. Alan was a great host and communicated extremely well with all our questions. Will definitely stay there again!

Short stay.
Could use a face lift, some plugs dont work, beds not the most comfortable. I think for this property it could be priced alittle cheaper for what it was.

Great location with lots of room
Near shops, restaurants, grocery and bus line etcThe place was very nice with lots of room (whole house and a deck) and a well equipped kitchen. Mostly very comfortable although the 2 downstairs beds were respectively (a) rock hard and (b) squeaky and creaky Couldn't get hold of the owner to ask for another key (and the lockbox was quite difficult and took several tries to open) and how to make the TV work, which we never could...but nobody rentals or hotels ever has instructions about the various television machinery and processes and etc--this one just said no signal. But overall it was fine and we would stay again.

Good Value
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, there were lots of linens and the beds were comfy. The lockbox at the back of the house, on an unlit walkway left something to be desired and a lack of curtains in the living room. We hung some blankets up for privacy. The host was very kind in mailing a beloved to-go mug back to us when we realized it was missing. Overall it was a great stay and I would not hesitate in recommending it.

Ideal for family
Ideal location for our family- easy walk to Jericho Beach and also a nice longer walk to Grandville Island.
The house had adequate room for our family and we enjoyed the deck space in the evenings.
