This beautiful and spacious unit is the perfect stay for your family. Nestled in the heart of Buffalo's Elmwood Village and a short distance to the expressway, you'll find quick access to cute coffee shops, local bars and dining, major attractions (Delaware Park, Buffalo State University, Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House) nearby.
Niagara Falls, Downtown Buffalo, and Highmark Stadium are within a 10-25 min driving distance. We hope you enjoy your experience and thanks for booking the Cozy Krib!
The space
With a unique feel in each room, Guests will enjoy a Queen Canopy bed, with attached string lights. The bed curtains will be open but feel free to close them with added lights for a heightened experience during your stay!
Towards the kitchen step into the Twin over full bunk bedroom. The second-level bedrooms also include string lights for some added décor fun. A remote is provided for all lights with diff. mode and color changes.
There are two TVs provided, one on each floor with firestick remotes for you to log on to any accessible accounts.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, but the basement which will be kept locked. The side door will be the only entrance used to enter the property.
Guests will be provided with their own smart lock access code to be used during the stay.

This property can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The 4 bedrooms include a Queen size bed and a twin over full bunk bed, located on the first floor. The second level includes a single twin bed and across you will find double twin beds.
