気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
We stayed here this past Sunday through Tuesday. All we can say about this place is that it was clean. The side of the house that led to the only door we could use was a sheet of ice and my husband, slipped and almost fell. No salt or anything was laid down before our stay. No washcloths. We asked the manger if there were any and she said to look in all of the closet and drawers and we could not find one. She told us to tear towels in half. We did not feel comfortable doing that. There were 2 coffee pods for three people for three nights. We had to buy more at the store. We set the thermometer to 70 when we got there, when we got home from the football game it was down to 50 degrees in the house. We set it back to 70 and when we woke up the next morning it was down to 64 which leads me to believe that someone else was controlling it. The shower curtain kept falling. The upstairs neighbor was very loud even though we were told to be respectful of them. I think they need a new manager managing their property. We ended up leaving a day early, would like to know what we have to do to get refunded for the day and overall bad experience from this stay.
