Enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, and 3 additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. 2 single trundle beds are also available for the little ones. This home has space to gather everyone together or spread out and have some quiet time. Some fun features of this home are an outdoor fire pit, a pool table, a fenced backyard, deck with grill, and 3 smart TVs. 4 bedroom 3 bath home.


WELCOME to the Greene Peacock at Pine Wood! My wife and I have hosted this house on another platform for a little over a year now and have loved all of the great reviews that we've received! We do our best to ensure that the home is cozy and accommodating for our guests, and we hope to have the privilege of hosting you!

DETAILS:
-Each bedroom has a comfy mattress, cozy bedding, a closet and a dresser (or shelves), and a fan.
-The single beds are low profile (most suitable for ages 2-12) and the mattresses could easily be moved and put in any room desired.
-There are 3 smart TVs in the home and 1 more TV that only plays DVDs (we have a variety of kid and adult movies).
-Split level home, so it does have stairs. There are no steps to enter the lower level if you go through the garage.

The BACKYARD is private and fully fenced. The upper deck has a gas grill and outdoor dining table and chairs. The lower patio area has a fire pit and string lights. Extra folding chairs are available for your convenience and we also have corn hole boards (and bags) for your use.

The KITCHEN is stocked with your every day cookware and kitchen supplies. We have the standard appliances as well as a toaster oven, electric griddle, crockpot, drip coffee pot, and tea kettle. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, basic spices, and a variety of coffee and creamers, and tea are also provided. Help yourself to complementary marshmallows, skewers, and fire wood during South Carolina’s cool seasons.

Are you traveling with a BABY or TODDLER? We have a pack and play, highchair, baby gates, activity bouncy seat, bumbo, Little Tikes picnic table and playground for your use. Let us know if you would like these items set up for you. If there are any other needs please let us know and we will try to provide them.

The NEIGHBORHOOD is safe, friendly, and quiet. The home is inviting, clean, and organized.
