Welcome to the heart of the Ozarks! Come enjoy a private 12 Acre Spring Fed Lake. Take a cool dip/swim off the boat dock or Kayak. Relax your evening away under a Pergola or Patio. Outdoor grilling is sure to please with the beautiful outdoors!

This is the place for you if you and your loved ones are looking for a vacation getaway, or planning an event; who enjoy boat dock fishing or jumping off of the boat dock and into the lake, kayaking, the peacefulness of a private lake and country setting, seeing all of the stars, listening to nature, and all of the day trips available for canoeing on the local rivers, lakes, shopping and eating! Enjoy a day trip to Branson Silver Dollar City, Canoeing the Buffalo or white River, Ghost towns, cave tours, and shopping are all in a day trip from the Vrbo!

Total Eclipse Family Fun

We initially chose this beautiful rental home in Gepp, Arkansas, just looking for a good spot to watch the total eclipse, but we ended up getting so much more. From the moment we arrived, Bill warmly greeted us and made us feel incredibly welcome. His availability and kindness truly enhanced our experience. The house itself was extremely clean, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking, which we did plenty of during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. What stood out the most, however, was the magnificent outdoor space. It was so lovely and peaceful, with an array of birds that kept us company as we enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the breathtaking scenery. Our family also had a great time kayaking, an activity that was both fun and relaxing, especially for the kids. Everything about our stay was peaceful and lovely, making it a truly memorable getaway. Thanks you for a wonderful stay, we hope to find our way there again soon!

the home which reflects our taste for simplicity with comfort.

While finding this property was not easy, we found the main purpose to purchase this land and it was because of the private lake in the heart of the property. We enjoy having the best of many things to do for a day trip such as Branson, Missouri Silver Dollar City/White Water, floating the Buffalo, going to the nearby parks, fishing tournaments at Norfolk Lake. We enjoy eating out at local restaurants in Mountain Home, Ar or West Plain's Missouri (equal distance from this location). We love bike riding, swimming, kayaking, fishing and traveling. All of this available from here.
