HOT TUB-Discover Lake of the Arbuckles area in Sulphur.

Rockwood cabin has been newly remodeled with luxury furnishings and a fabulous 6 person hot tub. The home is decorated to promote a relaxing and comfortable environment. This property has a sister property with in walking distance that can be rented for additional family and friends that will accommodate up to 6 guests.

The spacious main living room adjoins the fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. The sliding glass doors in the kitchen lead on to the wrap around deck where you can enjoy lounging & dining. The deck has a propane grill, patio furniture and plenty of seating for visiting. Propane tank provided.

Please note the front door is located on the second level of the wrap around deck, which requires climbing 2 short sets of stairs. The house is not wheelchair accessible.

This house has high speed internet, with 3 TV's for streaming your favorite shows; 65" TV in the living room and 50" TV in the master. The 42" in the downstairs TV room has a DVD player with movies. The house is stocked with board games, outdoor Jenga, Corn hole & Frisbee Golf.

This cabin has 3 bedrooms and can sleep two families up to 10 guests to include adults & children. Not recommended for 10 adults.

There is an outdoor firepit with some wood available for use beside the blue out buildings. There are two parking spaces available in the private driveway. The public road can not be blocked. The driveway is gravel/dirt.

Extra fees apply should you request to add additional guests exceeding the maximum of 10. Please reach out for any additional questions.

No pets please. No events or parties. No fireworks allowed as this is a heavily wooded area. The property is monitored with security cameras located at the front door and back door off of the master suite.

The property boasts beautiful trees, wonderful scenic areas, it's a magical place to get back to nature. We love to share this retreat with others, and want your stay to be amazing so feel free to reach out with any questions!

Other things to note
The house is stocked with the necessities, gas outdoor grill, dishes, pots/pans, coffee pods, sugar, creamer, cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels/toilet paper & some spices. Just bring your food and beverages.

Please understand, we are located in a heavily wooded and mountainous area. You might see or encounter wildlife or the occasional stray dog or cat while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, opossum, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
