This home features rarities such as a slate master bathroom and a screened in Cabana suite complete with a stainless grill and mini fridge. Cool off in the 27'x13' private swimming pool nearby, or soak up some rays on the pool patio. Also, enjoy gulf views from the comfort of the sofa in the living room or balcony off the Master Suite. This is sure to be a family favorite year after year.
First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Powder Room, Laundry.
Second Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle + Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook.
Third Floor: Loft with Mini-Twin and Balcony Access.
*Add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)
