Lovely lake getaway

We loved our stay at Cedar Cove! The location on the lake is wonderful and we enjoyed lots of time out on the dock and on the screened in porch. The cabin is very close to restaurants and groceries as well, which we found very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful, relaxing and a great view!

Cabin had everything we needed. Clean, functional and as expected. Fishing was good with a nice private dock. Stumbled on a great pizza place just a few miles up the road. We will be back!

Amazing long weekend

We booked a very short notice, spontaneous long weekend. We had such a great time. The views from the house are amazing. The lake is stunning. We spent our time sitting out on the dock. My two older boys loved fishing and swimming. We also rented a pontoon boat for the day and just had an amazing time cruising around. It was definitely the R&R my family needed. This was our first time at lake Weiss and we will definitely be back.

Awesome weekend

Loved this lake cottage. View is awesome and everything about this cabin is great! You wont need a thing except your food. Would definitely rent again!!

House on the lake

We enjoyed our stay at house on the lake. The house was clean, the right size for our group, nice dock and nice location close to our friends in Cedar Bluff. A lot of dining opportunities close to the hose as well.

We loved this place on the Lake! It was super cute and loved it’s on a quiet street. We really enjoyed our family stay and will be booking again soon for our next Lake trip. All the comforts of home

The house was perfect for my husband and I . The screened porch ch across the back overlooking the lake was my favorite place. So quiet and peaceful. The location made it so easy to visit the adorable towns in alabama and Georgia easily, usually less than a 40 minute drive. I would highly recommend staying at this well maintained and very comfortable home.

Interesting…

To be a 100 percent, property had fleas upon arrival and I’ve never had an experience with fleas in a hotel or house beforehand. However, I managed get into contact with the host in a reasonable amount of time and was diverted to a different location they managed. The second property was far better imo and at no extra charge. Other than the flea problem, I’d say the property was excellent for the pricing and I’d be happy to rent from them again.

Cozy waterfront cabin!

The property was perfect for our party of 3. Easy access and great communication. Boat ramp was so close! A private dock made early morning and late evening fishing so easy. Cabin is just exactly what I expected in a lake cabin. Very comfortable and well appointed. You won’t be disappointed. We look forward to returning to this property!

Easy access and great lake water

A great clean place to stay. The house was easy to find and just as described. Conveniently located near the town of Cedar Bluff if you need to make a quick run to the store which we did a couple of times.. Really clean and plenty of space. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Quiet neighbors Retro kitchen was cute. Really nice covered dock for fishing, swimming and just relaxing. A really nice screened in porch. Great for relaxing at night or during a rain storm. A few things to note: The oven is a small oven and will not fit a standard sheet pan. They did have one small pan to fit it but that was all. There are no window coverings on the bathroom windows or living area. The grill worked great and uses gas. However there are no grill tools so bring your own. The path down to the lake is a bit steep with several steps so this could be an issue for some. We managed fine. No dresser or chest for clothes storage only a closet in each bedroom Very sharp edges on the ladder that goes from the dock to the lake. Wifi did not work all that well while we were there. I had better service with my cell provider than the wifi. The wifi made it difficult to stream TV as it would either not load at all or continuously buffer. Overall a really clean, cute place that was easy to get to and had great lake water. I would stay there again even with the negatives, because they aren't that huge of a deal but nice to know about before you go.. so you can be prepared..
