Calla Lily #1 is the lower level of a two level apartment home. This 3 bedroom 1 bath spacious apartment is located just minutes from Main street Oneonta and the bustling commercial area of southside. A nod to classic styling with many updates done in the last year. Hardwood floors classic trim and detailing throughout. The bedrooms are all on the south side of the home the full bathroom located in the middle of the Kitchen and large formal dining room area, with original hardwood build in China cabinet.

The kitchen leads to the backyard for easy access to the outdoor grill. Rent both apartments Calla Lily #2 is just above Calla Lily #1 for a group. New to Cooperstown Stay in April 2023, discounted rate as a new offering for this summer season! Book now while you still have a chance.

Spacious 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient and 9 minutes from All Star Village. Great laundry facilities with a huge washer and dryer. My only complaint is the kitchen is really lacking. We enjoyed the overall space, and the kitchen itself was modern and nice. However, it was stocked with only a basic pot and pan set, which made cooking more than the simplest meals very difficult. There weren’t even basic items like a mixing bowl, measuring cups, or baking sheets. If you plan to cook, you may want to bring your own supplies. Most cabinets are empty. I think one could easily stock the essentials with a quick trip to Walmart, which would make the space far more functional for guests..

Great location for CASV stay

Very spacious place and host was very responsive! Close to everything you need and only a few minutes drive from CASV. Great for ball families over the summer. They also have chairs, wagons, and umbrellas for you to use, plus a washer and dryer!

Cooperstown Baseball trip

We had an amazing stay here at this property. Everything was just as described on the listing. There was also an added bonus with some great ice cream down the street at Golden Guernsey Ice Cream. Will definitely make the trip back to bring the rest of the family.

This home was everything we could ask for. It was in a quiet area. Very clean and homey. It fit our family perfectly. Three bedrooms. Laundry room was a necessity that we used often.

Great place

Calla Lily was a great place for my family and I. We enjoyed the homes charm and beautiful views. It was very spacious and we all felt at home! Dreams park was only about 25 minutes from the place, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby(Dicks Sporting Good was only a 5 minute drive) for all of your needs!
