Charming spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom cape in the heart of Centerville Village just one mile from Craigville Beach! There is a large deck with gas grille and large back yard for wonderul outdoor time with friends and family. Comes with free beach pass to all Barnstable beaches! Short stroll through the village to The Country Store, children’s playground and the famous Four Seas Ice Cream Parlor! Comfortably sleeps 8 and is convenient to great shopping at Mashpee Commons, Osterville village and Hyannis. Great restaurants, golfing and the island ferries are within close distance to this wonderful vacation home! *Please note minimum stay 7 nights during summer season with checkin and check out Saturday to Saturday*

Everything we Needed

The owner was flexible and helpful from day one as our plans evolved. Always friendly and quick to respond. The very cute home was just as described and had everything we could want or expect. This was our first visit to the Cape and the location was super convenient.

Outstanding in every way

The house was perfectly situated in relation to the beach, and shouts Cape Cod in all the small touches. Tina was an excellent host, particularly when we had a glitch that was well beyond her responsibility. HIGHLY recommend.

Wonderful Home Beach Rental

This beach rental was perfection! The owner is very responsive, thoughtful and helpful. The amenities and space is well maintained and very easy to be a guest. She’s thought of everything! We will most certainly be back!

Great stay!!

Stayed Memorial Day Weekend with my girlfriend and friends. Tina made the check in process super easy and great at communicating. The house was great and just a 5 minute drive to the beach down the street. Great location for getting around the Cape as well. Would highly recommend staying!

Quaint Cape Getaway Spot

What a wonderful home for our two families to share for an extended weekend getaway on the Cape. As two families who started a tradition of going to the Centerville/Osterville area of the Cape at least once a year almost a decade ago this home was the perfect fit for our growing families which now include four kids under four. The layout is a bit choppy, but it works. The backyard and deck provided great outdoor escapes for two city-bound families (NYC & Boston). Tina was a generous host who allowed us to bring our dog on short notice after a family medical emergency took our built-in dog sitter away. She was prompt and thorough in her communications. The home was well-stocked with essentials from cooking to cleaning supplies and had thoughtful touches throughout. The primary bedroom is very spacious and easily accommodated two portable cribs. An easy walk to Four Seas Ice Cream made for a great Friday night after Crisp pizza. While Craigville Beach may be closest, don’t sleep on using the landlord beach pass to access Dowses Beach and Joshua Pond.

Location, location, location!

Fabulous stay at this beautiful cape house. The house was perfect for our family with 3 young kids and dog. So cozy and quaint. The location was ideal for our stay as we really wanted to explore the whole Cape and on the days we stayed local the kids could bike to the playground, the country store or ice cream shop. The beaches were wonderful, only problem were there were too many to choose from! Thank you for sharing your home with us, highly recommend for others and we hope to be back one day! Thank you!
