• Butler/Concierge Services: Pre-arrival butler service. Submit a list of things you would like in your room upon your arrival. The Butler will do your shopping and stock your fridge and cupboards. You pay for the groceries and tip your butler for his or her help. While you are at the resort, your butler/concierge will handle all your requests – dinner reservations, tickets to shows, and other special requests.
• Water park discount: Jungala water park: $1261 Pesos, or $50 per adult. Normally
• Preferred view: Platinum members have access to the most desirable views; all requests are subject to space availability. We will work with you and the resort to get you the view you want!
• Preferred Check-in: NO standing in line, Platinum members have exclusive check-in experience. Skip the long lines in the main lobby and enjoy a cocktail in your own private lobby at your building and in your room.
• Gym and Spa: 2 for one basic 50-minute spa massages, plus use of all facilities of the Exclusive “Spadium” gym and spa free of charge. Does not include food and beverages, facial or other spa treatments, personal training, etc.
• Internet: free in-room internet access
