Across the street from the Convention Center and <10 min from the Fairgrounds, this luxurious and historic 2-bedroom condo is perfect for your conference or festival stay in Louisville, KY. Located in the heart of downtown and this stunning condo is the perfect respite after your day at the Convention Center or concert. It boasts all the amenities you need to make your stay truly unforgettable.

The neighborhood around the condo is the Central Business District. It is a vibrant and walkable neighborhood with a mix of businesses, restaurants, and apartments. The Central Business District is also home to the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, the Louisville Slugger Museum, and the Muhammad Ali Center.

Here are some of the things you can do in the neighborhood:

Great access to the area. Parking garage slot was safe. The layout of the space was awesome! Really neat place to stay, wish I had had more time to enjoy the living quarters and relax. Immaculate walk-in closet and master bath! Heated tile floors!in the master bath…very nice!

Great place and great location

My family and I stayed in this wonderful apartment to go to the Kentucky Derby. It was so secure and we felt so safe. Really really good restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance. Great location great amenities. A must if you are visiting Louisville Kentucky.

Outstanding property, walking distance to so much...

Great property close to some of the downtown distilleries, restaurants, bars and parks. Walking distance to everything! Kristin did an outstanding job keeping me informed of all the little things like check-in time, check out, amenities, rules, etc.... Will definitely do this property again.

Great condo close to everything

Condo was very nice. Nicely furnished with modern touches but architecture still reflected the historic style of the building. Easy walk to Main Street restaurants and bars.

Perfect for Convention

The condo is GORGEOUS! And directly across the street from the convention center. Loved being able to pop back btwn sessions as needed.Host very responsive.

Great Place!

We stayed here for a weekend enjoying Louisville. The property is great. Clean, well kept and a great blend of the buildings origin and modern styles. The location is equally great. We walked from one end of Bourbon Row (Peerless) to the other (Rabbit Hole) with ease. The Parking Garage is next door with a convienent exit.
